Who cares? Salina is the most ass backward place I have ever lived. The population consists of degenerate ,inbred ,homophobes. Every moron in town enjoys reading the other morons 333 line comments. I cant believe that God would be so cruel. How could he allow so many ignorant people to live in one zip code?I have been here for a year, and am chomping at the bit for the school year to end so i can move my family elsewhere. A young couple drives into town in a U-Haul and spots and older gentleman sitting on his porch. The woman says hello and asks the man how long he has lived in the town. He tells her he has lived in the town all his life. Then he asks of the woman, "Are you moving here?" She answers, "Yes, I hope the people are nice." The gentleman asks her, "How were the people in the town you left?" She answers, "They were narrow minded and mean. We didn't get along with any of them. How are the people here?"
"They are just the same here".

A little while later another couple stops and asks the gentelman for directions. They inform him that they too are moving to the town. "How well do you get along with the people in the area", the couple wants to know. "How did you get along with your neighbors where you last lived?" asks the gentleman. "Oh, we got along with everyone. It was a wonderful town, we just hated to leave it.
Says the gentleman, "You'll love it, the people are just the same here."

Reading the Salina Journal for years, it seems to me that Salina has a big problem with two drug gangs - one Mexican and one black. They shoot each other and innocent people in the street, while the police seem to be unable arrest them or keep them behind bars.

Mexicans spray paint the name of their drug gang on buildings in the parks and the blacks do drive by shootings on people they don't like. Since the town is rather small by metro standards, there's no safe place to hide from the gangs. In a big metro area, we've shoved the drug gangs into a couple of areas so they can kill each other without bothering the rest of us.

Please tell me where I can get drugs in Salina.

Just go to the Grind on Friday nights. That seems to be where the drug gangs do their deals. It's also where people can get shot or stabbed if the drug deal goes bad, but you bring your money and you take your chances.

According to Salina police reports, the Mexican drug gang SUR-13 is well established in Salina, along with the black drug gang "Gangsta Disciples" based in Obama's turf town of Chicago. The rest of the citizens just lock their doors and look out their windows with loaded shotguns. It's all changed since I grew up there. Really sad to see a good city go to hell.

Talk about blowing things out of proportion.......

These claims are documented in Salina police reports and the Salina Journal. The Mexicans and blacks are blowing each other away on the streets of Salina and outside the night clubs of that crappy town. I wouldn't live there now if you gave me the house I grew up in on Highland Avenue.
