Fourth of July celebrations. We all have them. Where is the line between good fun and disorderly conduct?
Fireworks for hours late into the night. Squealing tires. People yelling and drinking. All day. Can't call it in for noise or disorderly cause it is one of the town fathers (town pet). So they had a great 4th. The rest of the neighborhood didn't. Bet if I did what they did last night, the troopers would have been here breaking it all up. |
