Leng Moua murder trial continues - KTVA

any way you look at it, Mr. Moua committed a crime and should be punished for it. Not once did he think of the harm he did to the 5 children's lives and how it would affect them the rest of thier lives because of his actions. They no longer have a mother!!

I don't think I have the right to critisize anyone but I feel sorry for the kids.

I think that Shoua Lee deserves to die due to all the things that she tried all day to overcome her husband on a trip to California, money, and love of the children. As a wife, she must obey her husband and treat him with respect to get respect. Number one, She needs to understand that if he married to her, he will not cheat on her or do bad things. Number 2, it is Leng's son who graduate in California with his Master Degree. As a dad, he must be there for his son. If she wants to come along, just get a ticket and come along with Leng. If there is not enough money for both, one can stay. What is the point of argueing all day with stupid things and pushing Leng too far killing his wife. As a Hmong woman, if you ever said the word, "if you don't have the gust to kill me, you are not a man, and she kicked him out of the house." If it were I, I would've killed her too. She insisted him to kill her, that's all. As a woman, you are just the vice president, and your husband is the president. You must respect your husband and protect him just like you are protecting your eyeball.

We all feel sorry for the kids but in this case, what she did was wrong.

It is sad that they are w/out a mother, but if you really know this women, you wouldn't be thinking this way. Everyone has different cultures. This woman has been married 3 times before and has abused her husbands in the pass. She's lucky they didn't end her life earlier, it's too bad that now Leng Moua her 4th husband ends up this way because of her actions. I'm not saying that she deserved this kind of punishment (being killed) but, people have thier own ways of judging this. In the community who knew this woman and how she really is, they think she was asking for her life to end this way, but to other viewers, she didn't deserve to die.

As to her children, they are step children to Leng Moua and of course they will say anything to get Leng into more trouble. Obviously, that's not their biological father, and being a step father to them, they never listen to him. They are very disobiedent. They make look innocent but, the truth is they don't give a damn about Mr. Moua, they will do anything or say anything to put him there.

omg woman I can't believe you said such a stupid thing are you still in those days or what? you do not know what was said! she is my aunt and you have no right to say this kind of stuff because you don't know what kind of man he is. no matter how angry he was at her he had no right to murder her infront of her kids. she have every right to disobey her husband because woman have the same rights as men

and she has not abused her husbands. her first husband died and this is only her second marriage! you don't know her AT ALL! the other guy was just her boyfriend not her husband at all. know your facts before you start saying stuff

Why are you trying to back up your aunt when you know it's the truth that she's like that? So if her first husband died, how did he died? Was it because of her? Having more than one husband consider you as a bad wife. You shouldn't be backing up someone who's not right all the way or innocent all the way. No one knows the truth because you wasn't there to see. Plus it's true what they said, it's only a stepfather, who wouldn't lie because he killed the mother? So the kids could be lying too.

I feel bad that we, the Hmong, are killing each other for the most non-sense issues. I empathy the children, husband, and wife. No one can conclude what really went wrong in their marriage. An argument over a trip to his son's graduation- the husband has every right to be present and give emotional support to his son for the success. The wife should have been more understanding in this case. I think there are more problems in their marriage then meets the eyes and ears we all heard and seen. The husband, he was wrong in killing his wife. There are other choices that he could have taken. I don't think anyone should be commenting and pointing finger at anyone for this crime. It already sad enough as it is. This crime, and so many other crimes that involved the Hmong Communities, not only has it impacted the families that are involved but it also has impacted the WHOLE HMONG COMMUNITIES. I feel sad every time I hear something like this happen. Every life is so precious and special in it own way. I wish everyone would understand that life is short and we should not take things for granted. Sometimes in life one shouldn't talk too much because your mouth will get you into trouble. We should listen more because your ears will never get you into trouble. And if we are patience in one moment of anger, you will escape 100 days of sorrow.

well first of all...everybody got two side of stories because who know who and who got who back of a stories line, true that but the fact i do agree on some line in both stories. annie herr you are right in some area as in hmong culture. this is my advise to all the hmong ladies out there, REMEMBER WHO THE MAN OF YOUR LIFE THAT WAS WILLING TO SHOW RESPECT TO THE LADIE PARENT, BOWD DOWN SO MANY TIME AND PLUS PAY AT LEASE 5 THOUSAND FOR THE WIFE!! thats scandales because it dont make sense anymore, it is to show respect to the parent but im sure marriage and making the couple life better is the best thing out of the marriage that it could be beside money wise!! But if it wasnt for that reason then yup fresno and visilla people your right they do have the right as our men do too but see one thing too, do you guy know why now days wife leave and be acting like that because they think that they have any freedom and right as men to do it back to men, its right that our mens aint perfect but at lease we know better not to leave our wife, but not to be race but it hurt me to see our hmong people would fall to be with other race, but then again they fall right back to what race!!! HMONG!!! It is very sad what these kids had gone through. Who knows what the real story is so we shouldn't judge one another. We don't live in their shoes so we don't know what kind of marriage problems they are going through. And yes, there are other solutions that Mr. Moua could of use to solve this issue instead of murdering his wife. He did in fact murder her so he will have to pay for his action. On the other hand, Shoua needs to accept that he does have kids from another previous marriage and that no matter what they will always be part of his life. Our Hmong communities need to be educated to prevent this kind of crime because its too sad seeing what these kids have to go through such a horrible tragedy of seeing thier parents killing each other.
