Fleeze Houston, TX	Reply » \| Report Abuse \| Judge it! \| #1 Feb 8, 2012 At Cedar B JH in Baytown they have a spanish male teacher thats always watching the girls butts and making crude remarks, but the new principal wont do anything cause he does it too. The girls have complained and even the parents complained but nothing happened. One girl went in tears to se the counselor but they told her to just ignore it. Maybe Ill call Wayne at channel 13
