Bobby Davis is a punk that his family couldn't control, that stole a car and killed 4 people.He should spend the rest of his life in prison with the photos of his victims looking at him in his cell.Good ridance.

i was locked up with bobby davis and from being around him u could tell he was so sorry for everything that happened to his brother and girlfriend. bobby personal told me that he was not driven it was the other person who survived that was not charged.bobby did not steal anything it was is fathers car that they where in

Hope you are found guilty and charged for all your past sins and mistakes.

He did not set out to hurt or kill anyone. Emotionally, he will pay the rest of his life for this. No sentence or jail cell will take away the mental torment/guilt/self condemnation that will hover over him like a dark cloud the rest of his life. He needs mercy, prayer and deep forgiveness, but mostly he will need help forgiving himself. If he is not helped his future will be filled with self-hate and shame that will be too painful to bare. I imagine he will never feel 100% joy at any time in his life. Have mercy.
The parents of the deceased should be hurt and angry, but I doubt even they think he set out to kill. I imagine even they know it was a horrible accident.

Of course it is wrong what he did, but didn't you do anything - much less than this of course - that when you grew into adulthood haunted you? This will happen to him too...he will be haunted by this. We dont have to punish him.
I pray that he makes his life the best he can to show homage to those who lost their lives. If this accident killed my child I would be bitter and angry, but I would not think that I would rest on the harsh premise that the boy set out to kill his friends...

I can tell from your bitter personality that you are an angry driver...there are thousands of times, I am sure, that you drove in a very dangerous way and did not get caught. you hypocrit.
lets go back in your life and make you pay for all you have done wrong, especially all the times you had or almost had accidents...

I know the conductor on the train He should have been chared with something because he was asleep and didnt even know he was hit He was not supposed to leave the train at an unprotected crossing for as long as he did. Randy Harrison is a lazy SOB and did not want to go uncouple the cars and clear the crossing. He would have had to walk back there and he is too lazy.. His response to a former Engineer when asked about the accident was it was their fault I will not lose any sleep over this. The railroad got him off so they could settle lightly with the families The families did not have to sue they were offered settlements the next day and the amounts just got bigger because they knew they were wrong. How do I know. I am now retired from that selfish uncaring rairoad I went to the top but have to live with a lot things Also Mr Harrison is still working for them and will have a big retirement.
