It would be interesting to know why his car was searched. I have only been pulled over once for a headlight problem so I don't know the way it works. There has to be a reason to search the car correct?

maybe he looked suspicious, or acted in a way to get the officers attention. In any event profiling worked very well in this case. There is 9 pounds of that deadly life debilitating crap that will never hit the streets. Excellent job officers.

When someone is arrested for a criminal act, their country of citizenship should be reported as well. If they are citizens of any country other than the United States, whether here legally or not, they should be reported to ICE. If a criminal is here illegally, they should be deported once they have been tried and have served whatever sentence is imposed by the jury. If a criminal is here legally, on a legal visa, for example, they should have their visa revoked, and be deported once they have completed their sentence, if found guilty. This should apply no matter the country of origin. There are many, many millions living in the United States who have overstayed their visas, or other legal means of entry. These people are citizens of countries all over the world. No immigrant should be permitted to remain who commits criminal acts, regardless of whether they are legal or illegal entrants to the United States.

Alex-yes there has to be a reason to search ie.. probable cause, probation search terms, parole search terms or consent of the person to be searched.

Wonder if he was on his way to Dee's house. Afterall , the councilman seems to know firsthand how it goes.
