There is a government here now so the distinction can be made about people being here illegally or not.

The public is entitled to know the truth about this infamous hit and run case. Where was Cristian Herrera born? What exactly is his immigration status and that of his brother Marco and those others in the speeding car with him that night who shielded him from the law all these years?(Herrera fled to Mexico once and was on this way there again) How was it that the California DMV issued Herrera a a valid drivers license? Why did it take tipsters to serve this guy up on a silver platter before an arrest was made by the police?
