The pear Tree is definately the best place to go dine with your prom date. The food is awesome and so is the service. If youve never ate the famous pear tree onion rings then your missing out they are to die for. If your wanting to take that special someone out to eat on prom night make it the pear tree for sure.
I agree. It's been too long since I've been there myself. Maybe I'll take my wife there this weekend if she behaves this week.

I wouldn't go to the Pear Tree if it was the only place left on earth and you paid me. I will not patronize a murderer. Al Abbadessa is a murderer!!!! He will get none of my money.

Bill-I would bet i am not the Vince Hummer you are thinking about. My parents moved from macon to Houston Texas in 1966. I was in 7th grade, a tad young for dating. If you have doubts I can give some of names of some of the folks I ran around with when i was in Macon.

I have also heard that there was a family with my last name living there and they as far as I can tell they are not related.

first off Al Abadessa is a RAPIST AND A MURDERER. and second off the pear tree is really gross. they re-serve salads and salad dressings that have been on other peoples tables. I don't know about you but with all this concern about flu, I WILL NOT eat food that has been on somebody elses tables and has had dirty fingers in it

The pear tree may taste good but when you look behind the scenes it's sick! They reserve salads, dressings, croutons (sp?), butter, and anything else they can cover up as being used prior to being served to you! That's real nasty..

No one was convicted of anything. Seriously, stop the gossip. Even the girl in question SURELY wouldn't want all this fuss. Its a good place to eat and worth the money. Period.

What are you crying the blues because you were to lazy or ignorant to make something out of your life. Well dont be jealous of other people that do. People like you cant stand it because theres people in this world living a better life than you and you had every oppurtunity to make something out of yourself that anyone else did. I cant believe all of the people that were ready to fry Al because some girl decided to take her own life. Actually I can believe it most low rent people love it when they can stoop someone with money down to there level I guess it makes them feel good about being nothing or something.

That is crap and you shouldn't make such accusations with no solid proof , they can arrest you for slander and a few more charges . You are on the net and you can be tracked , or do you think your invisible , NOT .

Alot of people is standing up for al, which is fine, but in the back of my Mind is wondering why Als name even came up in the first place? She didnt work for him She wasnt related to him He was alot older than Her nothing in common other than she worked there when she was younger must be something to the story that noone knows why is his name even in the picture unless some of the rumors have some truth to them MAKES ME WONDER!!!!!

If you havent figured out how macon county works yet you must have just moved here. Accusing someone like Al is alot better story than just saying some girl decided to take her own life. People like to spread gossip and make everything a big mystery instead of the cold hard truth which is a young girl was so discusted with her life she felt like she needed to take it.

Daily Horoscope for December 31

Aquarius

The more you want to control someone, or someone wants to control you, the more difficult life will be today. It's a Full Moon and a lunar eclipse, so the last thing you should do now is to act as though you own this person, or tell them what to do, because it will be an instant recipe for rebellion and trouble. Mars is retro in your house of significant others and open enemies after all. If you don't want to spoil the evening's celebrations you'll have to make compromises, and hope that this other person will do the same. Don't let the fuss stop you having a very happy New Year's Eve.
