i agree i know alot of them nasty things i dont think they shoukd answer to anyone but me i could make life for them really not good i would not let them die never,never id make sure they live a long long time everyday for them would be worse than anything you could ever think......

That would be sexual abuse of a person who is physically and/or mentally incapacitated, i.e. mentally retarded persons, people in nursing homes, people who are physically incapacitated who need in-home care, etc....essentially people who can't defend themselves at all. |

He's failed to register as a sex offender SEVERAL times, yet nothing ever happens to him. Sexual battery of the infirmed. What a complete FREAK! I hope he gets put away for as long as he deserves!

People from Hammond area more than likely know Frank. And what do you mean "supposedly did?" Seems you are defending a guy who sexually abused a person who was completely incapable of defending himself at all; there's no "supposed" about it.
