Woman killed by alleged drunk driver

AND NOW THE REST OF THE STORY: The accident happened near Amelia, they were parked on the shoulder and it was very dark, no blinkers etc. They were out of the car and arguing (more than the 2 people were there) and the guy pushed her into the roadway just as my nephew got near - the accident was unavoidable.
My nephew immediately took his cell and dialed 911. While my nephew was on the phone guy that was arguing with Ms. Jones started shooting. Anyone and everyone could have been injured or killed from this person.
My nephew had had 2 beers and did test positive for alcohol and was arrested for DWI.
Needless to say, he is very upset about this and
has already seen a therapist and will continue seeing this therapist on a weekly basis for a long time to come.

I am so sorry for what your nephew is going through. It's horrible enough when an accident like this happens, but to also have to face a DWI charge, when his one beer had nothing to do with why this happened. Please wish him the best of luck on behalf of myself and my family.

The press media should print the correct story about what happened. But that will never happen.
Also, he was fired from his job with no good explanation.
