Review: Heritage Floral Shoppe

this is the best flower shop around. this is a flower designer , not just a flower shop! I am never disappointed! see the photos of their own designs!

We were blown away by the gorgeous flowers for our wedding done by Karrie Hlista and Heritage Floral Shoppe. We did not know much about flowers going into the planning, but we knew we wanted an elegant fall color scheme for our flowers. Karrie spent a lot of time with us over the phone to get a sense of what we liked and the look we were going for. Since we were in California and she was in PA, it was a little bit of unknown of how it would all look and turn out. When I arrived at the church, I was amazed at how beautiful all the flowers were, beyond what I could have imagined. Everyone immediately started commenting on how beautiful they were. We received many, many compliments throughout the day on how beautiful the flowers and centerpieces at the reception were. Thank you Karrie for making our wedding day even more beautiful that imagined!

Excellent florist!!! They took the time to help me with any questiong I had and I was able to help pick out what flowers I wanted them to use in the vase. She loved the Vase and it lasted pretty long. They had candles , candy, and stuffed animal all wrapped in a clear gift bag tied together with a big bow. The presentation was awesome

Beautiful shop! I'm glad that we stopped in to order flowers, it gave us a chance to see the newly remodeled store. They now carry lots of unique gift items, a long with a large variety of plants and beautiful fresh flowers. The soothing music playing in the background with such a pleasent scent in the air makes it very inviting. I like what they've done!!

Karrie did an amazing job on the flowers. She saved me on the day with the couple of roses I forgot for the sign of peace! I called her Saturday around 8am and she called me back within a couple of hours. It was a pleasure to work with her. She is a constant professional and has tremendous attention to detail, which I love! Her creativity shined through. She was a big part of our day

Karrie did an amazing job with my flowers. I knew exactly what I wanted and she did not try to change my mind. She was very responsive and provided flowers that were exactly as I had wanted. She was very professional and always returned my phone calls and emails.

BUYER BEWARE. My mother called this florist (she doesn't live in Ambridge), and placed an order to be delivered to a family friend's memorial service. She had asked for some suggestions for an arrangement, and the woman at Heritage went on and on about how beautiful the lilies and roses they had were. So my mother asked for an arrangement of those. Instead, she arrives and finds an arrangement including mostly sunflowers (?!?). For a man's passing (!?!). She was sure there was some mistake, called and spoke with the same woman, who said they had merely agreed on a "mixed flower" arrangement. She would NOT send another arrangement, but was willing to give a 10% discount -- not particularly generous, considering we probably received leftover flowers that they had on hand. Love the reviews you will probably read below, doubtless they are friend and family reviews (Every review here was written on 11/29/2008?). Don't believe them!
