Death of Twentynine Palms baby being investigated

Terrible people like that should be sterilized when there are so many people who cant have kids and nut cases like them having babies that dont want or cant take care of. I know there innocent until proven guilty, but if the authorities didnt think something was suspicious then they would still have their daughter.

I agree. I had neighbors like this about a year ago- white trash, tweaker, alcoholics. When the cops went into their house they found a 5 yr old and a 6 month old baby sleeping on the floor, surrounded by dog crap, trash, and exposed electrical wires. Parents were arrested immediately and it was the mother's second time being arrested for child endangerment. Who wants to bet she has 5 more kids? It is disgusting. These kids deserve better. We as a society need to find ways to do more to protect them. We should do more in our own neighborhoods- if you see something that doesn't look quite right, it probably isn't. If there are kids involved, err on the side of caution and call CPS or the police, you may save a kid's life.

It's funny to read a comment and realize that this total stranger is talking about someone you know. Well, let me tell you about your "neighbors" whom you so eloquently described as "white trash tweaker alcoholics". First, I do know them, and if you were truly informed you would know that the mother was not only sober at the time, but had no drugs in her system. The father was drunk, but he too was clean for narcotics. It's people like you who make assumptions about people based on their living situation or how they dress or how they live. The truth of the matter is that child abuse happens in all types of homes, by both sober people and addicts. Many children live in hellish homes that to the outsider looks like a lovely happy healthy family. Get your facts straight before you insult people on here. There but for the grace of God go you.

Assuming we are talking about the same people,(which is debatable), the police officer who responded to the call came back to my house and that is whom I got my information from, regarding the drugs and alcohol and living conditions. It was not the first time they had dealt with these people. I was not making assumptions. I also happen to know a friend of the mother in question, my description "white trash tweaker alcoholic" stands. Sorry if you don't like it. I think that people who put their kid's lives in danger b/c they are selfish and irresponsible should have their kids taken away. The police officer described the conditions they found those kids in. There is no excuse for that. I listened to those 2 parents scream at each other every night, from midnight on, for months. One night it went on for 3 hours b/c someone forgot to buy milk. Great environment for those kids. I wouldn't have a problem with them if they were just poor people doing the best they could. I don't judge people by how much money they have or how they dress. I know a lot of respectable people and good parents who are dirt poor. These 2 people were neither respectable or good parents. 2 arrests for child endangerment? Are you kidding me? They need to get their act together and stop having babies. I have no problem insulting people who let their 6 month old baby sleep on the floor with dog crap. Since we could be talking about 2 completely different families, I am not going to argue with you. This stuff happens all the time in 29 Palms.
When I start naming names, then you can debate this with me. Until then, you are entitled to your opinion.

babies having babies? amazing though, no food and bad conditions but bet they had tv service and internet.

I am not sure which situation you are referring to. If you are referring to this article, I know nothing other than what was reported in the paper. The baby died, the police took the other child in to custody due to dangerous living conditions. The baby's death could be completely unrelated to living conditions. Unfortunatley, there is no follow up to this story. Unless you have information that you would like to share.
My comments referred to another family in my neighborhood, I am not saying any of these things were the case with the people in this article. The only thing they have done wrong is put their children in danger by living in unsafe conditions. I would never presume that they did anything on purpose or even accidentally kill their baby. Could be SIDS. We don;t know do we?

MMark, another article on the web indicated the last name of the parents was "Wolfe" (that's where I got it from). Sure, I agree and think that it's best to wait for the autopsy results before "bad" parents label is given them.

Take a breather FU (nice acronym!) no one is going to sterilize anyone, we just WISH sometimes we could when we see cases of child abuse. A baby DIED.
Oh and I believe you are referring to "MOLOCH". They have an owl? Cool! I will have to pay it a visit and bring a few fresh babies to sacrifice. Kooks indeed.
