Do not be surprised to find out the fire started from the grease exhaust vent system. First report was it started above the ovens that cook the chicken. Another case of neglectful cleaning. Speculation so far but I'll bet you a stale donut this is in fact the case.

It’s too bad that the emergency management people failed at their work. They caused more panic and fear that was needed. Yes they did warn people. But, forced evacuations by Houston county officers was over kill. Screaming and threatening people with arrest only caused more anguish and anxiety. They failed to notify people of the evacuation. When they did, they failed to mention that it was mandatory. Telling people they were going to die if they didn’t leave…. Not only were they “out of line,” but this writer believes they were also breaking the law. My suggestion to the Houston county officers… find a different line of work.
