Do the crime get no time

I wonder what happened to the old phrase commit a crime do the time? I have noticed that some people are in trouble all the time. Just this week for example is a guy that was arrested for atleast the third time just in the last 1/2 year alone. And they are not light charges. One was felony battery, which they let him plea down to a misdeameanor even with multiple past felony convictions(one of which was even a armed robbery/assault with a deadly weapon) then he failed a UA while on probation and was told just don't do that again... I am sure this man will learn his lesson while on probation this time, as the multiple trips to the big house didn't teach him.....

I watched this man get served 5 years there in fredonia. He was out in 3 months. Way I understand it IF you get a 5 year sentence in the state pen. you dont even get considered to be let out early for 18 months. And I looked in the state parol list as well and he's not even on there. Its like his case number dosent even exist so mind f**k that one for a while see what you come up with cause all I can think of is he's a snitch. But hey what ever man, I guess they dont mind people running around town that deals to meth and s**t to school kids.

Right here is where his case number should fall in the parolies list with the E section names but, funny its no where to be found. should be right in between where I put in the arrows for you. sorry to anyone here on this list that does show if you see this but at least you can say you have done your time.

And none of this mentions the fact that he pulled a knife on a minor cause he didn't like the fact that she was milado and wouldn't give it to him at the Fir Annex.
And what kicked out again failed to mention is that the day he was in court, he was beating a falsified charge instigated by a county officer and Mr. Ellis's sister in law. Some postings of have been on the Neodesha forums, including the fact that people got on, cops suspected and one admitted, calling him a meth head (which they know he's not) and in general trying to undermine the truth. I saw a forum about the sheriff, why would he allow his officers to go around making false reports? The paperwork is obviously changed to suit thier purpose. Shouldn't the HEPA laws be in place?
And what kind of an officer convinces a mother to use her very underage children to write false reports? Did anyone read the article in the 12/10/09 written by Rep. Knox? When the state allows children to be removed from thier homes for the petty reasons he mentioned, that's pitiful. But when the state was called about the children being used as they were by the officer and mother, the answer was that it was "not concerned".
And what about the guy that kicked the 18 month old in the head and didn't go to jail because he wouldn't be allowed to get his meds from 4-county, not that he ever took them anyway.
I'm not just disappointed, I'm downright disgusted.
