Wake Up Wilson county Tax payers

Anyone that lives in Wilson County is a tax payer/
Who is paying attention to the head of the dept for Road and Bridge?
I believe his name is Mark.
He recentlu decided to send his new parttime sec, to decide what roads in wilson county needs fixed, since when is the county tax payers going to let him pay for office personal to ride up and down our roads to see what needs repaired. just because she wants more hours of work, he's taking her from her office job to take care of our roads?? Whats going on??
If the county can just hire anyone to decide what roads need repaired , then the county commissioners need to consider replacing Mark with just anyone, therefore reducing a large salary pay for that department.
County commissioners need to do their job and go out to the road and bridge dept and find out what Mark is being paid to do?? Is he wasting our money by increasing the office personel hours by trying to pretend she knows how to repair roads and call the shots.
Last I knew she had a craft shop downtown in Fredonia?? Where is the experience for road and bridge repairs??

County Commissioners pay a man a nice size pay check for him to sit in is office and yell at the top of his lungs barking orders?
Where is the IQ for this job? Anyone can sit at a desk and yell.
Commissioners, its time you do your job and spend some time with Mark.
Find out for yourself what he is getting paid to do!!!
Someone needs to wake up.. Spend 8 hours a day for a few weeks with Mark the road and bridge dept, head, Lets see if the man can act decent and get up out of his chair.

Thanks to your comments. I checked this guy out on the wilson county website and found something interesting. This guy is running 2 departments. Total salaries according to the website for both added together is $65,249 a year. Your County attorney doesn't make but half that. So does your sherriff.....Guess his life on the line is far less that a Road and Bridge supervisor...Man talk about getting it backwars. This town is not supportive of it's law enforcement. They deserve just as much if not more than the Department of Road and Bridge payscale. WOW. Thanks for the look in to find out how this town really functions.

You will be upset to know that a individual at road and bridge had over 20 hrs of overtime last pay period. What the heck is up with this? Wilson co is not suppost to have overtime but this guy at road and bridge most allways has it. Can someone explain this?

why the fuss??our sh%$y DIRT roads around here havent seen gravel in years,,hmm kinda nuts when we pay just as much taxes as the big guys,,Then to top it off they fire a guy for being at his personal place of business all day long while being paid by the county and then to hide it they say he was let go for insubornation..lol what a JOke and cover up,,this county is loosely run and most emplyeys are nothing more than rejects from else where

Mark, its time you step down and let someone with Road Knowledge and management skills fill your fat spot.

Mark has it figured out he can have someone drive him around in a county truck and still get paid don't hate the player hate the game buy that i mean you need to look at your county commisoners they are the ones that let this happen not Mark
