Man who dies after being Tasered had criminal record

Oh yea, the suspect has a criminal record and he punched his sister so rather than peper spray him,
just KILL him right on the spot! A twenty-two year old DEAD so the police can have a little aggressive fun.

Let me ask you policemen and prosecutors this: Lets say Joe citizen sees some guy punching his sister, Joe citizen says 'stop' and the guy then comes at Joe Citizen. Joe Citizen Tasers the guy and the guy dies as a result.
What CRIME would you CHARGE Joe Citizen with?
Of course when cops execute a man for punching his sister that is different right? With the Taser death toll rising across the country, it is time to reavaluate using them for less serious alleged crimes.

The cop most likely did not wish the man to die, but Tasers are being used too freely and many have died as a result. A policeman usually has no idea of a suspect's health and is taking a risk of killing a person when using a Taser. The suspect sounds like he needed a lesson, but I doubt his siter wanted him executed right in front of her. It is plain to see that the most dangerous person in this story is not the dead guy, but the cop.
Sorry Mr. Policemen, but your Taser happy attitude killed a young man. If I did exactly as you did, I would be prosecuted so I ask you this, what makes you above the law? Why didn't you call for back up, or pepper spray the guy, or take out a club? Deep down inside you were just dying to use that Taser, try it out and see what it does, Right? Admit it!
