mcdonalds

at sometime we all have stopped in at the Anna Mcdonalds(short enterprises). they do a great job serving our community. they help out with all kind of donations. if your business,fundraiser,school or etc.. needs ice,drinks,cups,discounted food they are there to help. but if u were flies on the wall inside Mcdonalds it would seem a little different. did u know that they hire people right off the street as management with no experience and make more money hourly than their managers do.their management team consist of men and women that have been employeed there ranging from 1yr.to 20 plus yrs, thats pretty shitty. i have been there when a higher up has came in and got all over employees over little things that seem to be stupid shit. who are the customers to judge though right? as a higher up or as a owner operator u should treat your employees and managers with some respect. and also they focus so much on the Anna store that seems to run pretty good they forget about their other stores that could really use some HELP. The next time you are at the Anna Mcdonalds sit back and see what u can see.

Their (teenage girl) managers are laughable. Not only that but they willfully stand around in their gossip groups and make fun of the customers to there faces. One day my father (who has a hearing disablity and wears hearing aides in both ears) didnt get his burger the way it was supposed to come. So he went up front to ask for his slice of tomato. Due to my fathers hearing loss he talks rather loudly. Micha, a teenage girl manager (yes i can spell your name) was very rude to him. She told him he didnt have to be so loud and he explained that he wasnt trying to be rude he has hearing loss, and she told him to his face, "no, you are being rude" then she made him PAY for his slice of tomato which is SUPPOSED to come on the burger he ordered. After we were fineshed i tried to speak to her about the matter and she was very rude and brushed me off without a second glance then went back to her gossiping. She told me i could feel free to report her "If you can spell my name hahaha" Im guessing that because i had just left work that day and my appearance was rather lackluster (I was pretty dirty from head to toe) that she assumed i was some dumb hick who only has sex with farm animals and doesnt know up from down. I know how much these Mc Donalds managers make (Aaron Allen was kind enough to tell me once) and i found her Demeanor rather comical considering i make more in a 5 day work week then she makes in a month. I am friends with the shorts, but i didnt bother telling zach. The fact that she will most likely work at Mc Donalds the rest of her life with no chance at a real career is justice enough.

i am truly sorry that happen to ur dad. micah needs to be put out of her misery.and now that the 1st asst. manager quit micah is now the new 1st. asst. even though the gm kept lying saying that he make sure she didnt get it. thats all that place is, is a bunch of lies. the gm likes drama he feeds it to his employees thats why all the managers think they can do as they please.nobody there likes micah. she thinks she is hot shit just because she has slept with almost all the anna pd. and most of union county the sad thing is she flauts it. mcdonalds is a joke.they treat their employees like crap and some of the customers get treated the same way depending on the managers on duty. too many chiefs and not enough indians.

the golden arches and the people that work there are a bunch of lying azz bastards that cant tell the truth if their life depended on it. one of these days it will come to bit them in the azz.

i just want everyone to know that just because ashley poole has been demoted to HARDEES does not give her the right to talk shit about my friend micah. micah is a hard worker with a LAW ENFORCEMENT degree and is actually trying to get a better job. but as everyone knows you have to have a first job to get that second better one. we cant all sleep our way to the top ASHLEY. and as for the anna pd comment she has slept with omg one guy so you can take that childish high school bullshit comment and shove it up your ass. just because your life sucks doesnt mean that everyone elses has to. stop kissing everybodys ass on here that leaves a comment towards mcdonalds in anna just because you QUIT. so before anyone else tries to mouth about micah you might want to get the facts straight and focus on your own bitchy ass selves. And i think that for someone to put this shit on the internet instead of saying to micahs FACE like a grown up with FOUR kids should do. especially when that person aint got shit in there house but bugs and problems. So ashley FUCK OFF and leave micahs name out of your mouth. be jealous all you want but bitch to yourself.

some of you need 2 grow up ! talking shit abt each other is compelety stupid and besides that who cares (not me ) and if you askd me if i cared about it ( wait dnt ask me cuz i dnt care so dnt ask) so the best thing 4 all of you 2 do is grow up and get over it already .if u dnt like each other or whatever then keep each others names out of your mouths . ur suppose 2 be grown up but yet some of you act like ur 2 yrs. old

To all of those who have an issues with McDonalds the way it is run now hint hint go to the office behind it and file a complaint. I've done this many times due to the fact that pre-schoolers seem to be able to put a circle block in a circle hole but their high school and adult employees seem to have trouble putting a circle patty on a circle bun, it's not rocket science people! But the point I'm trying to make is this there are owners and general managers in the main Short Enterprise Office located behind McDonalds and if your lucky enough you just might caught Jim, Dean, Gail, or Jason Short back the to complain in person. Which as a former employee myself, I know for a fact the pride they do take in their business, when things go wrong and the complaints get to them Jim or Dean can come in there raising hell, now if it's Jason Short your spitting into the wind. Unfortunately when he was given the responsiblity for the Anna store he went into it with the spoiled I have everything in life attitude so he doesn't fully grasp the amount of energy and direction it takes to run that store. I'm not saying he can't he just won't until he gets all the kid out of him!

Lol i agree and they need to fill their drinks all the way too just cause i ask for light ice doesnt mean that i want a lighter drink....fill that sucker to the rim..lol
