Check out the book called COP OUT, by former bad police officer Robert Davis. He says in his book that these type of things goes on daily with cops. Matter of fact, in his book, he reveal to the public how to detect a bad cop and how you can protect yourself against their secret tactics and procedures.

people should not judge...no one really knows what really happened, including myself. The Robyn I know is a marvelous person. Everyone on this blog sounds so hateful. If everything thing the media says is true, then yes, there should be repercussions. I haven't been been able to find the same story from one sight to the next though. I will keep her in my prayers.

Adams is a bloody d*a*m*n rotton disgrace to the badge and the uniform, to his family and to society as a whole. I would not be surprised if before all of this is concluded that his house, vehicles and other property are all seized due to his having obtained and paid for them illegally through drug money. Whatever arrests, and convictions resulting from those arrests, he has made over the years are all tainted and will probably be reviewed as well. Some of the other officers he was working with had to know something funny was going on. You cannot work closely with someone and not know, or at least have an idea that something wasn't right. Internal Affairs and FDLE should be looking at all of this, and not just at Adams. This is certainly a dark day for the rest of law enforcement. It only takes one or a few to make all look bad. What a miserable POS Adams is.

As I understand it, IA and FDLE are looking into past cases, etc. This could have more embarrasments uncovered before it is over. I hope that is not the case, but it could happen.To those LEOs out there who work hard and stay clean, Thank You. I am sorry you have to be embarrased by this and similar messes.

How would you know that she hasn't seen her kids in ages if you haven't had contact with her in 5 years? You obviously have no idea who they are or you would know that she loves her children very much and has a great relationship with them. People makes bad decisions sometimes. I think she is paying the price for that. Clay and Robyn are not the monsters the media is making them out to be. As far as "doing whatever they wanted". I again ask you how do you know that? Those closest to them had no idea this was going on, so how could someone who hasn't seen or heard from them in over 5 years have any idea what they were like?

You seem to have been close to Clay and Robyn. How can two people get so far off their path. They were not even given the opportunity for a bond hearing beacause they were deemed to dangerous. It's only human nature for all of us to think that they are monsters. Who has a room full of high power guns and grenades just for fun. There are other sources stating there may be more arrests to come. Very interesting.

they were never denied bail, nor were they denied a bail hearing it was a choice that was made on their part. Again don't believe all that the media has to say. Things are misconstrued and exagerated to make the story more interesting. In this case because he was a police officer it made it that much worse. Remember innocent until proven guilty. Let just keep that in mind in this case. They were not bad people, they were kind and generous. That's the couple that I know.

Seriously people. This guy obviously had an addiction problem and his life spiraled out of control. How can you laugh at that and still look at yourself in the morror every morning? He and his wife are in pain, and as fellow human beings, you should see that at have some compassion. Drugs to crazy stuff. They take over your ability for reasonable cognative thought, and they become the focus of your life. If anything, we should feel sorry that he didn't have anyone there to help him before it got to this point. Before you pass judgement, take a look at yourself. If you can honestly say you've never done anything stupid then you're a liar and a coward.

Now, lets get these unruly kids at school onto a Ritalin prescription as soon as possible (Maybe Pre-K?) since we are no longer allowed to spank the little buggers.

It was a choice that was made beacause they were deemed to dangerous to the public or there was a fear they would flee. I really do not things have been misconstrued, things have been pretty cut and dry per Chief Merchant and Sheriff Eslinger. Did you watch the complete the press conference or have you had access to the report. They may have been kind and generous but you have to admit this is pretty bad to work against the cops when you are one of them. My god, they could of gotten someone killed. I am sorry but I have no pitty at all for these two. I am just sorry that it had to tarnish the Altamonte Springs Police Department. No matter what all of these other people say about Altamonte Cops. There are a lot of good officers there who are committed to serving and protecting the community.

The ASPD officer didn't take a picture of underage girls. He found a disposable camera on the ground and as a joke, picked it up and took a picture of himself peeing in the bushes. The owner of the camera just happened to be the underaged girl. The girl's mother developed the film and discovered the pictures......stupid mistake by a GREAT COP. I think he learned his lesson. ASPD is filled with great LEOs. Don't be so judgmental on all other LEOs just because of Clay's greedy arrogance.
