the age group of these offenders is right in the 202 class. 101 class is pre and high school age and 202 is the "now 21 and adult age. not to sure about using "adult" cause that has a meaning of knowing and age responsibility ring to it. carry on happy trash or cheap nite

Bellows Falls PD has arrested Chris King many times with one being just a week or so ago. Why do the courts keep releasing these offenders on conditions. The court may add to the conditions to just continue on with your bevavior, sign in, have a few beers and we will see you next week when we will once again slap you on the hand and release you on more conditions.
Similar incident in Brattleboro where the accused was arrested for 14 counts of violation of conditions of release and was released on the same conditions.
How does this make any sense. Is it just job security?

Dear Resident,

You're are part of the problem. I don't mean you specifically, but residents as a whole. You ask why does the court let the offenders go. Where are you going to put them. Workers (meaning individuals who either prosecute or support personnel, prison guards, etc....) are being either let go or work/pay reduced and therefore limiting the amount of resources needed to prosecute cases. The jails are overcrowded and each time it's proposed to build new prisons, either the funding is denied or the "residents" vote not to put the prison in their back yard. So what's your answer to the problem. Don't just complain about it, but present a solution.

Daily Horoscope for January 7

Leo

You'll be action-oriented today, Leo. If truth be told, intense physical activity has the ability to soothe you much more than frenzied mental exercise. Invitations to madness are the wrong thing for you, but they are tempting nonetheless. Dig in your heels and do what you know you have to do. When driving this evening, take extra care.
