Let it go. By the time you make the statement, the decision will have already been made. It will do nothing but let you vent.

It was a bad thing he did. Stupid people do stupid things. But be the bigger person and let the system do it's thing.

Do it Ryan, let your dramatic wife get on the stand again, blow the whole thing out of context with fake ass tears, and let the judge be annoyed as hell again and roll his eyes..

John Cook and his loser friends are well advised to stay the hell out of Park City. You all are obviously trying to downplay your buddy's actions. Get this straight...he is a piece of shit and so are all of you. There is a target on all of your backs.

I don't think he should have to go to jail. He lives in Lindon, after all. Just make him stay there...if there is a worse punishment in the world, I am not aware of it. Well, I guess there is Lehi...

WONDERFUL!! You guys are wearing shoes, now! That is just fantastic. I guess the 'no shoes, no shirt, no service' policy at McDonald's rubbed off on you when you got your big job there! Really...inspiring!

That's a really good point. I guess if I lived in Lindon I would have all kinds of anger issues too. No wonder these losers come to Park City to hang out and then get upset that some of us get to live here full time. I will tell you this though...that job at McDonald's isn't going to pay the rent up here. Maybe he can just transfer to the one at Kimball Junction and pretend he lives here. He can be as tough as he wants through the drive-thru window.

There really is no point in addressing your comments above.

What is worth commenting on is the fact that you chose 'Lindon Lover' as your Name. That says it all and explains so very much. I shant reply again as I fear I have already lost too many brain cells just by sending this one reply to you online.

Dave, should your face ever be kicked in like his was, don't forget to post here that you are "letting it go" and "being the bigger person." A victim has every right to demand punishment and there is nothing "small" about doing do. The "system" has already done its thing...convicted the scumbag to a misdemeanor instead of a felony, which is ridiculous. Just look at the pictures. Meanwhile, a pizza delivery driver in Sandy jokingly said to the cop after being stopped for going 50 in a 45 mph zone, "Go easy on me and I can give you a pizza." He has been charged with a FELONY. What's wrong with this picture?

Just like this one? Every weekend, people are kicked shitless on the street and having so much damage it requires 3 to five surgeries? This was not a random bar fight, kicking someone's head in while they're on the ground does not meet that definition.

As far as Cook goes, I hope he gets his year in jail, but whether he does or doesn't, the reality is he will likely be a loser the rest of his life and never really come to much of anything, so there is some comfort in that. And based on his grin taken after he was arrested, his sociopathic tendencies will lead him into his trouble many more times.

This is the system. The system lets John Cook get away with a misdemeanor for this act. The system allows us to speak our peace at the sentencing.

Come to the sentencing. See what the judge hands down and see how much he rolls his eyes. Blowing this out of context? You can seriously go f*** yourself. Be a man and identify yourself to this forum.

Daily Horoscope for December 19

Libra

Don't try to do too much at once today or you'll disappear up you know what! You're all fingers and thumbs, accident-prone and things start breaking. It won't help if you're trying to concentrate at work and a certain chatterbox doesn't know when to shut up. Ask them to be quiet but try not to sound shrewish.
