So its funny to see that CHASE AND SPEAKUP SD are in fact the same person blogging here. I cant imagine two people on this blog could be mispelling we're the same way....that person keeps spelling we're, this way-> we'er...Who does that?

Anyway, I laugh at how everyone here is a legal expert. F_Y_I...talking about TEEN saying Franswa should flee will get her in trouble, harboring a fugitive, and an accessory to murder. F*#king hillarious. One other point to mention is that a judge did not charge him in this case, but a grand jury decided that. Grand jurys are made up of people who will typically charge individuals with crime if there is an inkling of evidence...The judge reads the ruling to the defendant, but thats it. Obviously a different jury will hear this case....a jury is instructed by the judge to convict if there is NO reasonable doubt as to the guilt of a defendant. If there is reasonable doubt, then a jury should not...BY LAW convict a defendant chaged with a crime. Let us not forget that in our country all defendants are innocent until proven guilty....and until either one of these guys are convicted then they shouldnt be labled as murders...if they are convicted then thats another story...but until that time they are still innocent of the crimes that they are accused of. That is our right to a fair and unbaised trial.

You all know, of course, that our legal system is not so much about justice as it is about the rule of law. It really doesn't matter if the defendant is innocent or guilty, or what you may feel about the guilt or innocence of the defendant. If the prosecution cannot provide the jury with enough evidence BEYOND A REASONABLE DOUBT as to the guilt of the defendant, they must find him not guilty. That is sometimes difficult when trying two defendants and the prosecution is unable to share evidence affecting an upcoming trial.

Daily Horoscope for December 19

Virgo

Someone is easily angered today, and you'll want to tiptoe around them at every opportunity. They might be on the defensive and imagine that you're getting at them all the time, or they could be quick to point the finger of blame straight at you. It won't be an easy day, but try not to get swept up in the emotional dramas that are swirling around you. They'll only exhaust you.
