Deadbeat Dad

My Dad, Frederick Joseph Freese abandoned his children 38 years ago and never paid a dime in child support. Then he succeeded in turning my Grandparents Blanch and Melborne Freese against their other two children so that he could inheiret there money when they passed away..Now thats not all..He went on to marry 5 times...And now my Sister and I found that he has not even made a will to make up for abandoning us...and putting a tremendous burden on our Mother throughout the years.And when something tragic happens...He refuses to help..Not one red cent. Perhaps you the readers could give me some suggestions..My poor Mother is still having to work at the age of 68 just to take care of all of the outstanding loands he took out and left her responsible for. What do YOU do to help you mom? As long as she doesn't quit, neither should you.

There is nothing you can do to change the past. You can only change your future. Follow your Mom's example and work hard. You will be rewarded with peace and contentment knowing that you're taking care of yourself. Being independent. If he's been married 5 times, I'll bet there won't be anything left when he passes anyhow. Don't dwell on "what could've, should've, would've been". Just concentrate on TODAY! Good luck.
