There is one person that i think should get all the blame because he is the only one that kicked the guy or did anything.

I don't understand why these four boys got arrested when debby caused the death?

The four boys deserve to be arrested for beating Jeff. They were seen doing it and deserve to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Most of these boys have been causing havoc in Coulee City for years. What is extremely sad is that these people would consider themselves Jeff's friends when he was providing them with money and alcohol. So they began to prey on their friend, sad. This evidently means they had nothing better to do than watch for someone to beat. Prosecute them and put them away, maybe they will learn their lesson!!!!

Why is this "Debby" not mentioned in the news, if she assualted the deceased?

Why did the deputy fail to check on the assault victim at the time of the assault? I feel the sheriff's department failed Mr Smith by not getting him adequate medical attention at the time of the assault! As for the woman...Debby...she should be arrested as well. All five involved in the fight should go through our judicial system to determine their fault in the incident. However, the deputy should be held just as accountable! He could have saved him.
