It is so sad to hear that Perry has past. God bless his family. Our prayers are with you. He was a very good man and a great doctor. I know his patients will miss him as well as friends and family.It's just so hard for the news to sink in that this has happened. It's just a terrible tragedy.He may be gone but never will be forgotten. God Bless

Wondering if you are the Nurse that worked for him her name was Pam she Tried to play doctor just like he did. And until you walk in my shoes for the last year Don't tell me i am wrong for the comments that i have made. I am grieving terribly for my father who was unfortunalty a patient of Perry Streats. So many unanswered questions gone now. Maybe now the truth about Perry will come out. Hope he burns in Hell!

No I am not his nurse, do not live in alma, He is just a friend, I am sorry for the lost of your love one also. You just have to remember that Doctors are human too. I have lost my father, it's been 10 years and the pain is still there, you learn to live with it. There is no-one on this earth perfect. But still in a time like this comments like that should not be made. God has a plan for eveything. I wish for you, your answers, but there are other people grieving, so you are not alone, with a lost of a love one. Bless you, and the Streat family.
