Alliance woman charged with witness intimidation

The judicial system needs to protect witnesses and victims by severely punishing people who threaten and/or intimidate them, to continue to get good info and cooperation from the community.

Does a defendant, in this country, not have the right to defend themselves?
Some might call it witness intimidation, while others might call it a defense.
People are so touchy nowadays-after all, if you were on trial for something wouldn't you fight anyway you can?
American needs to understand that people have the right to face the witness who is bearing against him or her.
So next time someone is accused of something like this, just think: wouldn't you do the same?

Tee shirts with "Don't Snitch" and "Stop Snitchin'" graphics have appeared in big city urban clothing stores.

Actually they really do make these t-shirts, some people have them made and there are a few "designers" that make some of those shirts too!! No one famous though..at least not yet. The sad thing is that these YBM's see alot going on and could help stop alot of the drama that goes on in the neighborhoods.
