He is worth every penny and then some. Its a shame they still have to pay Adam Eaton $8.5 million as Cole deserves more money....

While this will keep Cole content, they only bought out his arbitration years. They should've tried to sign him to a five or six year deal. Now he's still going to be a free agent when he's 28 and going to demand CC money if he continues at this pace. Would've liked the Phillies to have offered him something in the neighborhood of six years, 60-70 million.

If I could have a wife that looks like his, I wouldn't care if anybody thought I looked gay. Oh, you must be a Mets fan. Sorry! I hope this time they choke on their own vomit.

I thin ownership probably could have paid him more, but they need some extra cash when they go through the latest, upcoming Howard arbitration fiasco.

Taurus

This is another day in which you should be monitoring the progress you've made so far with the festivities and deciding what has still to be done. You're operating very efficiently right now but you'll be even more effective if you can plan your time carefully, write lists of what you must buy or make, and be realistic about your capabilities. But don't expect to work miracles.
