Can't even fix a pump yet we can build a big brown hole in the middle of our city? Now how many city pools andspray parks are in operatable condition?

I believe there is an underlying issue besides a damn main water pump. Maybe they closed it because they know it is a hotbed for criminal activity. I am sure the city has people who can make that repair. Have to look at the big picture.

What about the hotbed for the criminal element that has robbed neighborhood of the values, of home ownership a value that is part of the american dream?

Its not my mortgage thats the problem it the people like you that have arranged for people that cant afford the pricetag you and the banks put upon them! Than there is the upkeep when you sold it to them you said maintinance free but not on the contract.
