If you read the the whole Doc that was entered into court, you will see that the Gov. can do anything to anyone and there is nothing we as a people can do!! So they say. Atty Karoly is the one person that CAN take on the Gov. and win because he lives on the belief truth will and must come out in order that we remain a free people. The laws of this land are for the people. It will take time, but we will see when this case is over Karoly stood up for all of us as a small light that grew into a bright light that will shine for what this Country was started on..... Peter Karoly is a "Great Man" with a great reputation. Hell if it where me, I'd counter sue them for defamation of character.

Poor John, only grossed between $10 and $14 million over the last three or four years. Poor Mendelson could not pay his taxes to Allentown and lives in the pictured megamansion. Who can trust these guys? Then reportedly they make Senator Specter look bad by stating, "it's ten---- grand for Arlen Specter. You know, that's what they do. That's how they do it..." Specter knows better than to take a bribe from these types, at least I think he does.

Now we find out that "Sister Joanne" was stealing from Peter at the MRI centers in SC. No wonder the sisters stick together......Candy and Kim are looking for the BIG payday as well. "Birds of a feather stick together."

Anyone read the attached Motion? Defense strategies? Laughable. Nothing in there that the prosecution didn't already know. They were looking for an admission from Karoly. Mendelsohn was looking for from assistance from the USAttorney to intercede in his incarceration conditions. And Karoly was just plain stupid to talk to Mendelsohn at all, just like a defendant is stupid to talk to his cellmate in jail.

In the tapes Karoly protests his innocence and integrity as if he's pure as the driven snow. Comical, saying that to Mendelson, the two of them having been complicit in plenty of questionable practices over the years.

I wouldn't doubt that Mendelson tipped Karoly off in advance, but he sure did as soon as he said "remember when you told me you forged the will?" Karoly is stupid, but not stupid enough to answer THAT question. Notice that Karoly didn't talk about anything which could have incriminated Mendelson in criminal activity---a subject which was probably a common topic between the two of them.

So win, win. Mendelson helps the government and Karoly gets this motion. And I still think Mendelsohn was a double agent---he and Karoly, those clever boys, set this up.

Dismiss this motion, and get on to the trial. Karoly is guilty, and worse yet, guilty of being a sleazy father. He's willing to sacrifice his son's future for his sorry ass.

It wouldn't surprise me if the Feds created a fake will just to frame Karoly. Those in "law enforcement" hate Karoly for winning justice for those who were victimized by the Bethlehem Police when they firebombed a home and machine gunned a resident in the back while he sat in his living room.

This just in...Karoly was also the attorney for JFK Jr., Aliyah, Payne Stewart, and Blink 182...coincidence?

I heard Shelly Fischl was beding Ed Eddlemen to help Ed steal legal cases and money from Peter's law office after his death along with all of Lauren's jewlery from the Behtlehem home. Jeff Fischl was to make up the story of the will so Ed and the Sisters could take what was left in the estate. Now we see Ed and Mark Crossley who were employees who didn't have a pot to piss in have the office down the street from Peter's office and rolling in the $$$ because they stole all the clients, cases, files, computers, servers, and good will from the name of Peter Karoly. I hope they get the wrath of the Goverment and they are exposed so we can finally see the truth!!

Karoly should know he had NO EXPECTATION OF PRIVACY in the mansion! what a dummy. Send the scumbag and his kid to jail for the rest of their lives.
