But, given your posts, you just want to continue to live in the past. So please, do everyone a favor and either get on board or jump off. But stop trying tear everything and everyone down. It only shows your intelligence. And lastly, I've grown tired on playing with you and trying to educate you so this will be my last post. Maybe I'll run into you some day. I'll be the guy winking at you. LOL So you are done posting. Well, thank God for that. Your childish name calling and insults are just about the limit. So you think we are all "cry babies". Actually, we are the ones paying the bills. It's our hard-earned money being wasted. My parents always said that the ones paying the bills get to be the boss. And this thing about our property values going up? How high can they go? It's getting to the point that average couples can't even afford a decent home anymore. Real estate prices are stretched to the limit now. Wages are frozen and even falling. How can the price of houses keep going up? Whose going to be able to buy them? Add that to a heavier tax burden and you've got trouble, which is where we are now. And by the way, why do you want to wink at Tom?

You and hand full of others are blindly believing what has been spoon fed to you and never really looking at the the details. A new school will not solve the educational issues at ELCO, no way, no how. Look at "The School of Tomorrow" in Philly ... shiny, new, modern, high tech ... and falling short of all expectations. No need to wink, I already know who you are. I just wish you could have signed your name to your ranting so the rest of the community could see for themselves.

So property values generally go up when you live next to section 8 housing? That's a switch. Usually the neighborhood and town, go spiraling downhill. And residents get to pay higher taxes, for that privilege.
Everyone thinks newer, bigger, brighter, shinier, is always better. Haven't we still learned, that it's not always the answer.

"Sick of hearing it" you sound an awful lot like your Daddy when you are expressing your point of view.

But your so mature, so why don't you list your name, address, phone number where I can reach and your social security number. And you all are a bunch of cry babies. The people who were voted in at the time made the best decision. Building a new school made much more sense then spending a ton of money on the 2 relics that are too old and in too disrepair. Do us all a favor and stay away from the ribbon cutting next August. I'd like to enjoy the ceremony and not listen to your wailing. Is the "ribbon cutting ceremony" going to be as exciting as the ground breaking "ground breaking ceremony"? I can't seem to find any stories on that one. Did the school board use gold shovels, or were they being frugal?
