At best, maybey they should have went with a manslaughter charge.
If there is any hint at all, that it was in self defense, the murder 2nd degree charge will never hold up.
They cant change the charge.
And there are police photo's of Zimmerman with all of the blood on his face, and back of his head from when Trayvon was beating on him to back up the self defense case.
Zimmerman will walk.
It was self defense.

Remember they have evidence that we probably have not heard. There is no way they would have charged 2nd degree without evidence. I bet they have a witness who didn't come forward for 10 minutes of fame but told the truth to police. This is going to be interesting to say the least.

As predicted by anyone with an ounce of common sense, the legal process would work and in due time Zimmerman would be arrested and will be tried legally in a court of law.

Does it make you tantrum-flingers the least bit embarrassed over all the dramatics you wasted your time exhibiting? Probably not, but it should.

You have Obama going on national T-V and convicting him, and the Obama Black Panthers putting a bounty on him.
I dont think that there is any chance for a fair trial.

It is possible that they went with a charge of murder, in the 2nd degree, because they knew that there was no way possible for a conviction on that charge. It will take a lot of evidence that is not yet known at this time to convict on that charge.
They might have been better off to go with a charge of involantary manslaughter, or something like that, if the goal is just to put Zimmerman in jail for a while.

With Obama, and his Black Panthers wanting to kill Zimmerman, maybe he is safer in jail.

Where the hell is the outrage over the New Black Panty party anyway? If some Christian group put a bounty out on someone's head the media would be going into 24/7 tantrum mode. Yet once again this racist halloween group is getting a free pass on their illegal activities, while the Obama administration predictably ignores the entire thing.

Where are the calls for Eric Holder and the DOJ to finally start investigating these morons? You can't just put a bounty on someone's head.

Once again, FOX news is the only mainstream media outlet calling for common sense and real equal justice for all. The rest of the media is doing their liberal shuck and jive again and burying their heads in the sand.

Does that really surprise you? Keep in mind that the DOJ quietly decided not to investigate the voter intimidation charges against this same group during the last election. If they go after them now, who are they going to get to 'bring in the vote' for Obama this time?

Obama was the one going on national television saying that Trayvon could have been his son, and made it a race issue.
It's always about race with you liberals!

And Obama inserted himself into another issue by saying that Trayvon could be his son because of how he looked. And who is the racist??? Maybe just maybe that is the plan. Bring out the "real" evidence for all to see and apease the "media" then people that actually use their brain can understand if he goes free.
