On the other hand, if that person can prove that his/her belief or opinion was correct/reasonable and that person is accosted by the law - then THAT person can sue them/you at his/her expense.
Now, if a public official commits either libel or slander (or both against) an ordinary citizen, then that public official will likely get immunity from civil prosecution simply because they belong to that special class of super human Americans known as "public servants". No matter how rotten they are. Because you see, because of their job title they are extra special and have protections no "ordinary American citizen" has.
Of course, that's just MHO; but I do agree with the above commentator in that your grammar and spelling are a crime.

What did save these innocents and expose the guilty "servants"?
The Texas Innocence Project for one and a couple of very brave DA's who, once seeing the truth would not let these people continue to rot in jail as did their predecessors.
