You would need to provide more information. Your spelling and grammar are major crimes, however. You should be sent to the gallows.

Depending whether or not the person is a public official (hence subject to commentary under the 1st Amendment in regards to the latter), has caused actual and real damage, was malicious and the information is false - then yes, they can possibly be sued for libel at your expense.
On the other hand, if that person can prove that his/her belief or opinion was correct/reasonable and that person is accosted by the law - then THAT person can sue them/you at his/her expense.
Now, if a public official commits either libel or slander (or both against) an ordinary citizen, then that public official will likely get immunity from civil prosecution simply because they belong to that special class of super human Americans known as "public servants". No matter how rotten they are. Because you see, because of their job title they are extra special and have protections no "ordinary American citizen" has.
Of course, that's just MHO; but I do agree with the above commentator in that your grammar and spelling are a crime.
so basically a person must have proof or all the ranting and raving in the world will not do theme any good at all.

but i do feel that if some did have proof of some thing being illegally judged or that the judge did not have the case in there best interest or what ever the matter is that a much larger news paper or t.v channel would gladly look in to it

basically if some one really new what they wear talking about they would not be on here posting about it they would be out proving the accusations they are making on the legal official judge congress man ect ect ... and why waist proper grammar and spelling on a malarkey posting site such as this one

You're logic is certainly (ahem) "unassailable". Try telling it to all those innocent people in this state alone who have been proven to have been illegally incarcerated for decades. Did the media help them? Did the "public servants" who put them away, almost without exception knowingly put those innocents away, help them? Even when people kept coming forward saying these people were innocent?

No!

What did save these innocents and expose the guilty "servants"?

The Texas Innocence Project for one and a couple of very brave DA's who, once seeing the truth would not let these people continue to rot in jail as did their predecessors.

Why do you still make the phoney grammar and spelling mistakes? It doesn't fool anyone.

lol o and you must have short temper to let such little things get to you relax its all good ....

a question is a question and a opinion is a opinion every one has one not every person agrees with one another

and the hang up on the grammar lol good for you glad you care sure there are many 5th grade teachers out there cheering for you go you mr spelling b any way glad to help you vent pleas fell free to post some tacky reply to try and make your self look smart but with truth you are only coming off as dumb as i .

for letting it get to you but good luck take a deep breath look around out a window at all there is in this world

now what is more important... best wishes for those wrongly done by any one but to lash out at some one is not the solution

You are talking about libel slander. First, it needs to be a false claim. Second, it needs to have caused irreparable harm to that person's life somehow (ie career loss, marriage loss, etc). These cases are usually hard to prove and expensive to try. The first two things lawyers will typically ask is, "Is it true?" and "How did it hurt you?"

Topix is not as anonymous as you might think.....a couple whose business and reputation was damaged by an 'anonymous' poster on Topix in Clarksville TX (that's near Paris) filed charges, the court learned who was posting.....they won a $13 million dollar lawsuit.

Here's the story from ABC news recently:

Bully? Jerk?

Do you really feel intimidated because someone pointed out your awful spelling? No one really needs to call attention to it, it is hard to even understand what you are trying to say. And, you are a faker anyway.

You are either an idiot or a little girl. Well definitely and idiot, so probably both.

Daily Horoscope for May 25

Gemini

Today's Full Moon, a Lunar Eclipse, will have a big impact on your relationships during the next few months, so stand by. If the cracks have been starting to show in a partnership, this could be when they turn into major fault lines that demand action. Can they be repaired or do they spell the end of the line? It may feel like a crisis but that doesn't mean it really is one, so don't over-react.
