Everyone loves Evan, and people can't keep getting confused!

You guys can't jump the gun! Especially on stuff like this!

lets get the facts straight... all of his friends were freaking out because of false information.

This is crucial information that should have been substantiated before it was reported.

My heart and prayers to everyone that has been and will continue to be affected by this tragedy. May the young man be able to pull through.

I am adding Evan to my prayers, his family, friends, and the school, may God be with all of you during this touch and go situation.

The facts WERE straight as told to WOOD TV by the Police. When a news agency wants to get the facts on a death or an accident, who do you think they turn to? The police.

I know WOOD's reporting has been less than stellar as of late, but im afraid to say that the blame for this little snafu lies soley on the Sheriff's Dept this time.

What time is the sheriff suppose to have the press conference?

I wouldn't normally stick up for Wood TV as they do jump the gun way to often. The Allegan County Sheriff's Department released the wrong information to the media. So it's not their fault for reporting on what they were given.

I hope that this young many pulls through. Sending out prayers for him and his family.

My sister is a freshman at Wayland and is really good friends with Evan, and we are all praying for him to pull through!

I don't know Evan, but my prayer's are included for his survival.

I love you Evan, you are such a fun friend.
