walter is innocent. the corruption in beaver county is to blame for his conviction, the conviction of an innocent boy, my son. he wanted new public defenders and the public defenders themselves requested to be taken off the case, but judge mcbride refused. ron rojas did not bring forth all of the info of the case involved and being it an election year the involvement of anthony battallini mayor of aliquippa, pa, was not even brought up.detectives kim clements and greg durkos were involved in trying to set walter up. we have a statement proving it.the jurors were all from hopewell and aliquippa areas, they should have not been chosen and this case should not even have been tried in beaver county, because jeremy delon was related to the "jones" family who have ties all over hopewell and beaver county. the corruption goes all the way up to the courthouse and in time this will all be proven. walter is innocent and this case will never be over until he is freed.there is so much more. walters public defenders were not fit to defend him and he was a skapegoat for the police, because they couldnt do the job the right way, and buffed the original investigation. no matter how long it takes this will be proven. jeremy delons attackers are free and an innocent boy still sits behind bars.beaver county is the most corrupt place ever. this will never be over, i promise that.it will all come out.

Walty was a doper, too. Kids do drugs these days. Both Jeremy and Walty did. You have to accept what he did. You're just living a lie and it's not healthy. The one's who truly know what happened are, the guilty person, and God. All things that may be corrupt in our society today is partly all our faults. We strand by and complain about the drug addicts. What are you doing to help these kids? Are/Is anyone trying to clean up the area? I do not see anyone addressing the true issue. Drugs, and drug dealers. I have a great daughter that has fallen into this. And it started with Dr. prescriptions for pain. We need to start fixing things before it is to late. My God, listen to yourselves. Are you any better. You express such hatred that it seems that if you had a chance you could easily commit murder yourselves. A 16 year old boy on drugs from a disfunctional home can be rehabilitated in time and become a productive member of society. If it is true that he beat Jeremy so badly, and I can't see how such a small statured kid could have done all that alone, only God knows what drove him to it. Maybe someday the innocent bystander, Georgie, will get up enough nerve to admit to what he saw and that will free the young man who is wrongly accused. Maybe when the uncle who refused to let Georgie come forward with the truth dies, Georgie will do the right thing. Drugs are a terrible thing and they destroy lives. Please remember that a 16 year old does eventually grow up and can be very remorseful for things he may have done as a kid. Let go of your hate and pray for the young man whether guilty or innocent. And of course pray for the soul of Jeremy and for his family that they can let go of their hatred and someday heal and realize that it is just possible that Walter is innocent.

The pain left in my heart from the death of one of my best childhood freinds. Nothing valued when he was alive brought the distress and distraught of his mother..when you have some thing thatcan be alone..laeave it alone let it make its own choices and mistakes. Oh yeah if you think your son is innocent you must be insame, both of these kids were in the wrong, but the way Walter handled it, in digression was wrong. We all see the truth behind someones pain, only when they are gone.These are the kind of things people in our country should learn from, but it just bring more hatred, killing, violence in all aspects.
