Please wait...
First what is ASAP equal to how many days? * Drink water instead of any other drinks. * Stop eating breads, rice, potatoes, fried foods. * Eat meat and vegetables only. Drink water with your meals. * Conduct energy bursting exercises. Such as 60 seconds of push ups, then 60 second sprints, 60 second of squats... and variety of different exercises. * Get rest. Sleep well, you cannot lose weight if you body is too tired to work, eat, or think. * Don't weight yourself, 80% of the results will come from thinking thin. Not getting on the scale and the scale doesn't say what you want it to say. Negative feedback will destroy your results.

That's simple, depending on how much time you have. They say losing 2-4lbs a week are healthy goals to have, losing more wait than that per week could be a sign that something is wrong and is considered unhealthy. That said, one of the easiest ways to lose weight is to substitute an item in your diet for something healthier and with a lower calorie count. If you drink soda, I suggest you stop drinking it and substitute it for non-sweet teas or just plain water. When I did this, I lost 20lbs in a month. I'm a guy, so I eat a bit heavier naturally, but I was also drinking a lot of sodas and other sugary and high calorie beverages. I found that substituting the beverage in every meal was the easiest change to make. If you just can't live without your current beverage, try substituting something else... like any breads or wheat products (very high in calories) that you have with your meals. The point is, look at your diet from the "big picture" perspective. Choose ONE thing and substitute for something healthier and with a lower calorie count. Good luck!

Btw, if your interested in knowing what I started drinking it was water and unsweetened home brewed teas. I cheated a little though, by swirling in a little bit of honey every now and then, and used lemons/limes and other citrus to mix things up. But this substitution removed at least 900 calories per day from my diet! At that time, I was eating 3000+ calories per day. That means it brought me down to around 2200 per day. I was "supposed" to be eating 2400 calories per day... So an adjustment was obviously required.
Anyway, cut out the "grains" (white bread, tortillas, etc.) and the empty/simple carbs (sodas, carbonated teas, etc) and you'll be good to go!

Aaah yes! Water, I myself cut out the sodas and since I am constantly moving and keeping my heart rate up at work it helped me shed 4 pounds in just 3 days now if I could only change the way I eat

Well those pills make you really thirsty which of course u'll start to drink lots of water. A lot of water can give you kidney & bladder infections.

It's not the pills Kate.. Drinking lots of water won't cause a bladder infection or kidney problems. In fact drinking lots of water helps filter out your kidneys and bladder. Which will remove all kinds of toxic waste. It detoxifies your body. Those pills have that effect of making you thirsty, to drink more water so it will help pee out the fat your body has stored. They are safe and 100% natural.
