answer Alice, TX	Reply » \| Report Abuse \| Judge it! \| #5 Jun 5, 2012 Well in reality its never too late to sign them up...Kids move away from where they reside at anytime, and you can register your child at anytime. Just make sure u have all paper work necessary like birth certificate, ssn (not sure why), immunizations, and other important documents. Just call like grandma says, easier that way...
