I seriously don't think it's anything other than a taqueria. The parking lot is tiny and let's all be honest...it's a crappy location in a crappy part of town. Unless the houses around it get bought out don't expect anything big.

they sure are doing alot of renovation and spending alot of dough to be a mex restaurant, they are completely gutting the asphalt and putting cement in place, and if you google Ihop restaurant the frame work they're building, sure looks like the Ihop google images
