We need to be without a certain mayor and her puppeteer husband, instead of a city manager! Marshall is simply the puppet master trying to make a buck and keep his powerful grip on the city!

Remember how badly Bill Gibson kicked Judd's butt in the election for District Attorney? Doubt if he will have many friends in Algood once they get Miss Clairol out and get a real Mayor in office.

Yeah, they do that in their house cleaning but the reason they might is Mr. Jones has better morals, character and knowledge than they do.

Victor Jones has not done anything illegal or underhanded. Leave the innocent alone and indict the guilty. Mayor Judd and her puppeteer husband would be a great place to start the cleaning process. Then follow with getting rid of Mike Patterson, Bobby Randolph, and Ruby Hawkins. If Mayor Judd is afraid of Freddie Maxwell, she sure needs to fear Mike Patterson!

I've always known him and liked him but haven't kept up with him. I only knew he worked with the City of Algood but that is all I remember.

So was the mayor elected on her own merits or because of her husband? Since no one seems to think too highly of Mr. Judd, I'm wondering how she was ever elected in. I know that people can change when they get elected and get a little power.

Whose opinions is she speaking and acting on, her's or his?

Marshall Judd has always been evil and has always run things. Pat would never have been elected mayor if it had not been for Marshall and the Chaffins. So much for democracy. Pat was a nobody, had it not been for the Judds and the Chaffins. You can tell by her realtor pic that she is a nobody trying to be somebody!

Her pic is definitely silly and unprofessional for a real estate ad. Of course we have to understand that she wouldn't have been desperate enough to marry that greasy little goofball if she had anything at all going for her. Oh well, maybe she has a father or grandfather fixation which would account for her marrying that little guy.

I was working at a c-store many years ago when Patterson was on the Cookeville City Council. He came in on a Sunday morning about 730 to get a newspaper. He was unshaven, hair mussed up, shirt not buttoned all the way and not tucked in, blue jeans and barefoot. Sounds like a real sophisticated politician.

Is there a dress code for Sunday morning at 7:30a.m. are you the fashion police? You must be since your using "autiger" as your name.
