How many leagues does Putnam have besides upwards????

yes they also have another county sponsered league. Upwards is a Christian League. If they are wanting something competitive I'd sign them up for the Putnam Co League and not Upwards. Im wanting to say sign-ups are in Sept. or Oct? I could be wrong.
