A Cary man has been charged with sexually assaulting a 10-year-old girl nearly five years ago.

Miguel Lazaro, 31, of 333 North First Street in Cary, is charged with one count of aggravated criminal sexual abuse, a Class 2 felony, for allegedly sexually abusing the girl four or five years ago when she was 10, according to a release from Cary police.

In late February, the alleged victim told a school official in McHenry about the abuse and police were notified. As a result of an investigation, Lazaro was arrested and charged, the release said.

He is being held in McHenry County Jail on $80,000 bond, according to the release.

just shoot him, if I was the girls dad he'd be lucky to be alive and in jail. The law protects criminals, the police protect crimals, if someone does something to you, settle it yourself. Don't trust the police, they are bigger criminals.
