did cherrie genaw try to kill a motorcyclist??

(FORT GRATIOT TOWNSHIP)-- A 54-year old motorcyclist was injured in a collision Wednesday evening in Fort Gratiot Township. St. Clair County Sheriff's deputies report a vehicle driven by 45-year old Cherrie Genaw was traveling west on Kraft Road when she turned onto Campbell Road and didn't see the motorcycle driven by 54-year old Michael Cisco. The motorcycle collided with the front end of the car and was thrown into the ditch. Cisco was flown to Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak where he was treated for severe leg and pelvis injuries. He is listed in serious condition. The accident remains under investigation.

Cherrie Genaw was charged with Failure to Yield - Accident but somehow got the charges dismissed.

Does anybody from the area know the circumstances about this "accident" and why she wasn't tried for attempted murder?

This seems to be the woman who openly accuses her aunt, Cindy Genaw, of having murdered her uncle. Could she have been so preoccupied with that "case" that she turned into the path of some innocent motorcyclist? Or was she trying to kill him and the "accident" was not properly investigated?

AMAZED buy a chance was the vehicle a blue in color chevy truck that cherrie might have been driving. the rummer going around says cherrie was eating a footlong hot dog, seems like that would take two hands. Hmmmmm

You should have control of your vechile at all times and you should not be eating while you drive.. I don't call this an accident either..

I heard she paralyzed the guy. I can't believe she hasn't been sued at least for payment of medical bills and pain/suffering! Poor guy.

That sure don't seem fair maybe she paid the investigating authorities to have the charges dropped. Oh Oh she has relatives in the police department or maybe she offered favors. IMO She was trying to think to hard and thought the motorcylist was Cindy and she wanted to kill her. Again just my opinion.

Cherrie caused an accident!!! I thought the Genaws were perfect. Well thank god she wasn't trying to do her hair, imagine the accident that would have caused? Cherrie all you seem to do is ruin peoples lives, there really is no need for people like on this planet.

I've been reading the court documents and where the hell did Gaylord's underpants go? Maybe Cherrie has them at home made into a shrine for Gaylord, watch out Glen the next cross will be made out of Gaylord's underpants.
