Come on, Ohio, Tax and Regulate!! Considering Obama has recently changed FED MJ policy...Ohio has the opportunity to LEAD for just this once. Just think, if all that local money which had been sent down to Arizona--err Mexico--had been kept in state? Issue #3 would be a non-issue.

the feds don't care at all about the marijuana, they get the guys on Income Tax evasion charges most of the time - It is all about the $$$, not the laws that are broken.

i wonder if all those millions of dollars that was found in the raid could be used to help with some of the things they keep raising our taxes for or if they just divide it up among the big shots as a bonus for coming up with ideas to pay more taxes funny how it never gets talked about by our ever nosy news media wanna see who gets some watch who retires or decides not to run for reelection ..........ill b back

I never smoked "pot" in school... I went to college, got an education, have a career, a family... we are not drinkers, we would much rather smoke a little weed after a stressful week then to crack open a couple of beers. So what is the difference between smoking weed and drinking? The government found a way to make money off of alcohol, they just have not found a way to regulate the production of marijuana yet but when they do, it will be legal and a lot more expensive.
