Yes, he's still in business and probably will be for a long time. Nobody seems to want to prosecute this guy. The IRS could probably throw him in jail for tax evasion. He breaks many laws by not obtaining permits and proving that he has insurence. He owe's so many people money that I think that the government has just given up on this piece of work! I guess he will just be out there scamming people until one day..........KARMA!
I figured this guy being exposed would generate some sort of investigation by some officials from our wonderful NY state government. Guess not! As usual, they don't give a crap! I think Mr. Lorenc relies on that fact too. Well I hope he's having fun because a guy like that should constantly be watching his back, and that goes for the people close to him too!

It is apparent to me that "contractors" (not all of them) can get away with a lot before they are taken down. Look at BML! This guy has a building on Beach St. in Lancaster, Property on William st. in Lancaster, Motor homes,all the toys and who knows what else! And how the hell did he get it? RIPPING PEOPLE OFF!!!! WORKING WITHOUT INSURENCE!!!! PAYING PEOPLE OFF THE BOOKS!!!CONNING PEOPLE!!! USING HIS FAMILY!!!!! He's 100% DOG $#!+!!! What needs to happen to Brian, and all the other scammers out there is: They need all their property seized and sold off to pay the hundreds of thousands of dollars they owe to people!!!! Then send him to jail!

"Brian Lorenc served time in jail (only weekends though) for insurance fraud. He swindled people out of their life insurance policies or had them cash them out to buy new policies…which he never ‘rolled them over into’ and took their money.

His house burned down…unwittingly roofed is right….he has a history of insurance fraud so him burning down his own house would be right up there with his ethics.

He also stole his own brother’s identity to make some big ticket purchases….
