Local teen's death being called a homicide

So Sam's death was aat the beginning of November and they didn't question the mother for 5 months and accused her in the papers but she is not even a suspect? Then, 6 months after Sam's death they go back to the house after Anne has moved out to collect the evidence? That's messed up. And it is your elected PA and Chief of Police that is doing it. Did you know there are connections between Charley and Lance?

Yes, I think the connection between Lance and Charley is nutty too. Lance is connected to Baker and Baker is connected to Charley and the shin bone is connected to.....

They called it a suicide/homicide from the begining. The only reason Charley finally called it "official" is because that is the worst he can do to Anne at this point anymore. How many pages into the lab reports did Charley have to read before it said "official" homicide? Wouldn't that have been written on the cover page of the Lab reports? How come it took him so many weeks after the lab reports came back to come up with that conclusion? And why didn't he let the mother know first, before he went to the newspaper to Officially announce it. She found out Charley came to that conclusion, through the papers! Don't you think Charley should have told the mother, or her lawyers, first before going to the papers with that information? Sounds heartless to me.

It's official! Anne was/is being stalked, harassed, and terrorized by false accusations. So now her fears are made real as Charley officially states someone killed Sam. I'm suprised she doesn't go back to the Safe House.

Mary, get your facts straight just once. Whatever you think about Charlie Koop, he did not just randomly decide to call Sam Avery's death a homicide. A forensic pathologist from Spectrum Health named Dr. David Start made that determination. I am sure you will try to find some connection between Lance Miller, Koop and Dr. Start. Let me guess, Start is stalking and harassing Anne, too? Because no one in the entire state has anything better to do than worry about Anne Avery? And, Koop didn't tell anyone until a newspaper reporter pulled the amended death certificate and asked about it. Then, Koop told other newspapers. If you don't know what you are talking about, quit spreading ridiculous rumors.

Dr. David Start is mentioned in that first link. That all happened the years before Sam's death.

Who cares about Anne!? Who cares how/when she found out!!! Sam didn't get the chance to talk/listen... why should she! I can't believe you are even argueing about how she found out. What? Is she/ or you mad she couldn't "run" again? Guilt is all over this case! completely! and it is about time the papers, or whoever finally made it "legal" to say she is charged with the murder of her own son, instead of everyone knowing and just waiting to hear it be known by the courts. Im from central Michigan and just heard about this case. What would the motive be for this woman to do this if she did? Was there a history of problems in the family?

this woman is not sane, there is plenty of history, evidence etc.. she compares her life to movies and seeks attention at a level that is certainly not within the norm. That poor dear Sam. I think she killed him and chickened out when it came to the little girl and herself, but God only knows what went on in her mind. Very sad.

Perhaps very shane and calculating. The term "narcissistic" also applies....
