what can we do to save the school district

or what school district would you like to join

its time to take a long hard look at this

no need to point the finger we need good ideas

There are so many things that I hate about our school district but I really don't think we should add any other problems by adding more schools.

some of the problem is we have 3 school buildings in operation and not a nuff students to fill up all the buildings . we have to buss 100 plus students to fill up the buildings

Who would want our district anyway. Our school district should raise some standards so parents in other districts would want to enroll their kids into our schools.

This will never happen, but it is nice to dream.

remember the tax hike that no one thought was going to jack all are taxes up super sky high baby .

some of the board members thought it wasn't going to go that high

and what happened and all the buzzinesss got railed 100 percent on there taxes

so believe or you will leave

so get ready to get all jacked its coming

i have ben threw this before in a other school, so
listen up or pay for it in the end

there will be slow changes so it doesn't ALARM anyone or alert the public .

then they slowly share business personal so they can get a major handle on the checks and balances or spending habits of the school
they will also work the cash flow over to there banking system in the end

then after they have the right board members in tack they will slowly promise them a few thing to keep them fluffy and happy just to contain them

so if you think your smart wake up to the music
they will in the end close a building or two along the way

after that they will start sharing teachers and other personal to regulate the cash flow

then they will most likely combine sports and coaches blending in to one
after a few years go bye

ya i went to the meeting and checked it out

that is a very good idea
i think we would be saving money doing it
but what happens after 3 years of this deal
whats the plan after we are done doing this

both schools will save money but what else

in ireton school we have a tight net group that
doesn't consider being a part any place
so when paul jr drives over in his white car once a year to check on us its

and i believe you few need to have more work to do besides keeping a eye on me thats a good spot to start cutting nexst year hum

i'll have to cut one of the problems over there so keep watching me
that should take of the 4000 dallor a month loss on the daycare project thats
be troubling at times

is the school going to be paying for gas or transportation for the students if they have to end up traveling further distances to school

with the new supt that we mybe sharing
in the future mybe thats the answer to saving a large amount of money and helping out with the management

he might be able to figure out how come the daycare center is going in the hole 800 dallors a week or 3200 a month
it seems know one knows anything
about the daycare problem or will they even figure it out

we watch paul jr drive up for 5 min look around and then he goes into the day care that only has 4 or 5 kids in there a long way from the 50 or 60 kids that was presented earlier in life .
then he does the paul sr shuffle and starts looking
around to see if hes being watched and he is .
all eyes are on him then he checks his cell phone
and then off he goes on his 2 hr trip that covers 10
miles.

we are a tight light

you think we could save money if paulee jr could sub for us so they would not have to pay 75 bucks a day
that adds up in th long run over 180 days a year
but no one cares about saving money just bozzing money
i better correct some papers and that i don't get paid for on my late nights

for starters we can't even use are personal days anymore that are in are contracts to further are teaching skills

i am over loaded driving back and forth
and at night coaching and i am loozing
contact with the players in general on a day to day basic

it seems no one cares about me and the team and the way i built up the team
team work is the key to getting better

catty players complaining and parents calling me about disputes over who did this and who said that causes hard feeling in the end with the bench players

another week in are little school and here comes junior again doing his thing like we all notice
and then i see the red truck coming by for the 5th time, yes we counted them
you would think if they could car pool over hear we
would save money
but that won't happen or will it

maybe if the workers at the daycare didnt get paid so much they wuldnt be lossing so much money a month. benefits too!

if you took that day care money and gave it to us the teacher for raises instead of putting up a new fence outside that he complains about to us this school finds a way to looze money it helps to take care of us in the long run
it would be well spent money if it was used for raises for education instead of a loss down the road.
