besides bashing everyone and their mothers on this site, what is it good for? of all the forums on this site, only the hawarden forum is this gossipy. even when a thread is started in good faith, it goes off topic and turns into a trash fest. is there a reason for this? or is it your way of venting? im just curious.

I thought Hawarden was a decent town, but this site is rediculous and shows how alot of people have no class and how boring a town it is that all they have to do is talk bad about each other.

i dont know if youve noticed lately bu the things you are talking about doesnt seem to be happening as much anymore. first of all the people that were being so negative ,people figured out who they were so they are being quiet now and secondly its just like everything else once the newness goes away its just not as fun for them anymore so they get bored with it , and thirdly they run out negative things to say. the positive always outweights the negative and the negative eventually goes away.

oh i almost forgot we also dont need people coming to this forum and reminding everybody how pety some people are in this town. if people quit reminding us of it other people will think its a town as a whole that are this way when actually its just a select few being negative .

Taxpayer, I disagree with you, it's not a select few. Hawarden has more than it's share of gossips and trash talkers. It only the select few that have access to a computer. If you look at the posts on this thread most of them are from out of town. We even have a Canadain posting comments. Hawarden is well known in cyberspace; the world is watching this post. I admit it's sort of sick fascination for many of us; kinda like watching a swarm of rats tearing each other apart. You want to look away but you can't

actually the out of town posts from various other places are based on ip addresses, just depends on what network you have or what device you are using.
