There seem to be a lot of young people that have died in Talihina area that are unresolved. For instance there was one in May and then one in August of last year and the list continues. Does anyone in the area even care about these young people!

If you look at how they were living their lives (drugs), you would not think the deaths were unresolved. A couple of the young people are from the large families around the area.

Sometime you can not judge a book by it cover. What large families are you talking about? You know this because you live where? I guess that mean no concern. I know one thing for sure no matter what is happen around you, If someone is having problem needs help you should call for help not hours upon hours be for you make that one little call.

yes young and older people die and nobody seems to care that the "cases" are never investigated properly. Dont know why it happens it is a constant fear for those who see it.

You inconsiderate, holier than thou, self ritious, judgemental anus... So if somebody uses a drug whatever it may be... That must be the cause of their demise? or is it that they deserve to die? If a kid is just being a kid and partying as most adolecents do, and he is found dead in the woods or beside a major highway it shouldnt be investigated? or it just must have been the drugs right? drugs dont just kill people, most of the time a person doenst just up and die from "drugs" and if the death isnt an overdose, then it should probably be looked into..... I bet those little druggie's families feel the same way you do though. that its not "unresolved" people loose children, their own children their babies..... seriously you are the reason I hate this place.

I agree with you on most of this. But people have to get stuff some where to overdose on. This needs to stop and should be taken off the streets. People should go to jail for it. Thats the only why to get a handle on it.

What a shame that someone would see things this way. Seems to be alot of suspicion in all the deaths in this small, small, town of Talihina America. Someone knows something and they are the COWARDS that won't come forward with information. Tell me if this was your family member what would you do? Aren't you intitled to answers and justice? Someone needs to get a grip and investigate this town.

Sounds like if you need rid of someone Talihina is the place to do it. Does the police not even investigate these issues. Who are these policemen? Cowards, well sounds like there are several of them in this small community. Notify the FBI, I would if I were you. Best of luck to those who need it and to those who don't.

The OSBI is in charge of all investagations in deaths in the state of oklahoma in most cases.

Most people in small towns don't know much about thier rights. And are scared to stand up. That why it just push back nothing ever happens.

My sister was one of those who died without reason or proper cause. She was not a "druggie" as you folks call them on here, not that it would matter since a dead sibling is a dead sibling. She was well known and respected in this town. The OSBI was in charge of her death, and they were the ones who came up empty handed in the cause, not the Talihina PD. Calling in the big boys doesn't always ensure you will get your questions answered. We still have no idea what happened, and probably never will. Rest in peace Michelle, my sister.

Wacker, we still share in your pain. Don't give up your faith, some day, maybe the answer will become clear. I was watching "Cold Case"-tv show yesterday and thought of Michelle. Maybe someday the right person will speak-up or another case will lead back to Michelle.

Better than YOU- how insensitive of you to correct "Wacker" on a technicality!!!!
I think it is great that his family has always considered Michelle a true sister- it shows real love. Relationships of the full blood is not always the strongest bond. My Mother and Father and I do not share the same blood, but that does not make us any less of a family! Nor does it make you better than me!

It's time to assess your Christmas preparations. Have you written and posted all your cards? If not, get cracking now while you're in the mood to get them all out of the way. You'll also enjoy a quick trip around the shops to see what's on offer and tick off a few more items on that long list of yours.
