So what does everyone thing about him getting the case dropped and him getting away with no consequences?? I am suprised no one on here has been talking about it!!

I was curious as to why the charges were dropped? I thought they supposedly had a pretty good case against him?

They realized she wanted it just as much as he and why hold charges when she, just as much as he, broke the law. You can't sleep with underage kids, and kid's can's sleep with adults. They were both in agreement to it so why should he have gotten in trouble? I wish he hadn't quit his job till all this came out. We lost a good coach over a bunch of BS.

Oh my goodness gracious. It doesn't matter how much she wanted it, if she's a child. Kids also want to drive at 14. That doesn't mean we let them. Nor do we sell alcohol to an 18 year old, just because they wanted it. A man should morally and legally wait until a little girl is not a little girl anymore.

Talley-Wacker you are an inbred idiot. You know that Fry-if the charges are true- is a child molester rapist who violated a child and his authority as a educator. He was entrusted with the children that go to our schools and to think that in your opinion consensual sex between a 14 yr old and her coach is an acceptable behavior pushes the limits of every know moral convention that civilization stands for. Go back to your cave with the rest of your Neanderthal friends and let the grown-ups decide what is right and wrong.

Well it must not have been true, and the truth must have come out. We have one of the best systems and justice was served. I hope he can move on with this now that it is fact he did no wront in the eye of the law. If he did such a horrible thing to a such a small child, how could he have walked away a free man? Truth was the answer.

From what I have seen since I moved out here, consensual sex between a 14 yr old and any adult is pretty normal, in this area.

Apparently you yourself have never been through anything like this. For having "one of the best systems" we still have far too many problems with sexual abuse of children. We still have far too many repeat offenders. The system may give an offender who was caught by another adult, in the act of sexually abusing a child, 16 years in prison. If the offender is a "model" prisoner he or she may only serve half of that sentence only to be released back into the world where they are free to strike again. While in prison too little is done to actually rehabilitate the offender. And, when they do get ahold of the next child, and IF they get caught, and go back to prison, When you look them up on the internet, it does not inform you why they are locked up again. They don't want you to know that they let this person out to prowl the streets again to prey on innocent children! Now' about "the Truth". What truth would that be? If he is guilty God knows and he will not ecape justice in the end. If he is innocent, he will still have to live with that shadow hanging over him. In my opinion there should never have been a question or a reason to believe that there was any more than a student/teacher relationship.

Then you don't know much about the man then. It isn't the first time he had a "relationship" with a student. It has always been consensual but still shouldn't have ever happened. Hopefully Jeff has finally learned his lesson and will get on with his life.

This guy would have been hung out to dry where I live. He was a teacher and he overstepped his bounds, there is absolutely NO excuse for what he did. I hope he is NEVER able to teach again, or work with any children. Oh the little girl had such power over him that he could not help himself. (Sounds like he needs professional help) It seems that there was some back room bargaining to let him go. I have a 14 year old daughter, and I think we are safer in the BIG BAD CITY.

Why does everyone say the girl was 14???? She was 17 and in the state of Oklahoma, if you are 16 and it's consensual it's not breaking the law. I have dealt with this first hand with my daughter. This girl drove from Daisy to where ever they did it. And don't tell me that when all of you were 17 you didn't know what and who you wanted to do!

But wasn't he married? Adultery is illegal in Oklahoma. Not that it would matter to you, you people seem to worship your coaches, no matter how pathetic they are.

Of course when we were 17, we knew who and what we wanted to do. We knew everything! Just like all 17 year olds, ready to take on the world. Or so we thought, and then we grew up, and hopefully knew better. He also should have known better. Shame on him.

He is my uncle..... i am 13.... i don't care if you think he is guilty or not, keep your comments to yourself.... i still love him, and you shouldn't judge because it's not your place to. for all you no he could have gotten right with God sence then, it hurts my feelings to see people judge when they don't even know the true facts, espeacially when it's my uncle jeff.

it hurts my feelings when MEN get so twisted they think it is perfectly alright to have sex with a child. What is so wrong with letting girls grow up anymore? Just because they can have sex doesnt mean they have the emotional capacity or clear thinking to handle sex. Jeff Fry and men like him ARE predators and deserve to rot in prison.
