He was freed where? In the US or freed in the country he is a legal resident of? Your tax dollars at work supporting the retards in public office! I guess the immigration people don't do anything except collect their paychecks.

How about if any illegal hispanic gets arrested out there, they are just taken out to a field and executed? I'm in favor of that. Saves the trouble of a kangaroo trial and extridiction...

Actually that would be a good source of revenue because the state could hold a lottery like they do for big game hunts. What do you think a Mexican tag would go for?

What Kangaroo trial are you talking about? Most of these immigrants don't fight extradition. There is no cause for them to claim political asylum or the such. Unless there was a crime committed, they get turned over to INS and they get shipped back, only for them to find their way back in.

As to executing immigrants, I gather we need a dictator like Khadaffi instead of a democracy...

So when do we hold the employers and city/county/state government accountable for supporting employment of these individuals? In NYC alone, over 250,000 illegal immigrants are employed by businesses. Same thing happens in Chicago, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Texas, Miami, Orlando...

This crap wouldn't happen if employers were fined good money. Heck, the NFL levies fines on their players that are more harsh than what these employers get.

Until we stop the demand for these workers, this crap will continue to happen.

"We, the people" devised and implemented a national government to handle such intricacies as protecting our border. Since we pay a large portion of our income to that government for the purpose intended, we have a right to expect that the people here in this country are here legally. It is up to that government to do the job right or we, the people need to replace it with a more competent form of government.

Hey GUMP....Trying out a new username??? Now, that's a real hoot since you seem to think it's OK to point out a list of usernames that you think someone else is using.

As much as it would be great to be so naive, the reality is obviously otherwise. No government has been able to stop illegal immigration as long as this country has existed. In my opinion, that's because we always want to address the act of illegal immigration instead of the reason why they come here.

Get rid of the demand and the supply will dwindle.

Or, we can continue to blame the government because it's easier and requires nothing but talk on our part.

I want to know where the outcry from all the politicians that were upset over a suicide is??? They were falling all over themselves to jump in front of the media to cry over some foolish kid that found out that you can't take suicide back. Some woman minding her own business and gets killed by some illegal piece of human waste gets nothing. This piece of crap was arrested previously and was out on bail that was reduced from $25.000.00 to $2000.00..... The judge that reduced his bail should have his frigging head examined. I hope he is losing some sleep over this.

So why isn't this crime being covered in the national media more. it was a crime by a group/ gang of illegal alienagaisnt a US citizen. A poor woman who couldn't protect herself.

I could not find it in the Buffalo news that past two days.

What about the Occupy Wal Street riost in Oakland CA. Why isn't MSNBC showing ANY f it.

It's nothig but a 24/7 attack the Republicans cahnnle that gets very lows raithing. Did they ever consider why? morons.

The same reason off of Hollywood anti war movies BOMBED.

The Hurt Locker was an unbiased good movie about the war. The rest was liberal suck ass shit.

We are at this nations focal point where we either will have to fight for truth freedom and the American way or socialism and no good anarchists losers running America and a country in 100% turmoil.

Take the stupidity of the five idiots we have here now and multiply that by million of anti America anti troop anti capitalism commie bastards.

We are now in terrible decline and Obama has made things much worse.

The public defender should be changed to the public offender because of this gross incompetence. What a scumbag. Only in America does the justice system piss on the innocent and protect the criminals, and at the expense of the taxpayers!

I couldn't believe what the article said about Medina PD... now the question is whether Medina PD ran fingerprints through the FBI to check on this guy's status. Police Chief apparently went home early so they couldn't get an answer from him... seriously?

@WatchDog - you're wrongly blaming the PD. His charge is to represent the client that was given to him by the county/state. If you want to blame someone, then look at the judge who lowered the sentence, the prosecutor who failed to do his homework and dig into this guy's history, and the police department who apparently/allegedly failed to investigate this properly.

@Have Seen It Before: excellent observation. There has been NO outcry whatsoever...

So between the judge who lowered the bail amount and the police department, we might have a real breakdown that might need to get addressed in the next election.

@Truth Squad: As to the news coverage of events, I listen to WBFO and WHAM every day and they covered this homicide several times. I wouldn't expect national news coverage because more sensational events (entertainment crap usually) happen daily and sadly that will always trump such "small" events as a homicide. But local radio has definitely covered it.

WHAM and NPR/WBFO have covered the Occupy events daily too. I get more relevant news from those two news organizations than out of MSNBC and CNN put together.

Remember who wants open bordesr(Democrats) and who does not(Republicans).

Your vote does mattter. Do you die alone in some parking lot by an illegal aliens or will you be free go go as you please without worry of being murdered. It's up to you.

This is a critical point in America's history. Do we have a future or do we die?

Can we once have that shining city on the hill (Republican)or have those projects in the urban black terror combat zone9Democrat). It's up to you.

I see that 3 of the cast of idiots are playing pass the buck. Jose Avila Medina Police Chief is a moron in more ways than one. Joe Cardone Orleans County District Attorney is playing Cover His Own ASS. And last but not least our esteemed Senator Charles Schumer declined to comment on the situation. All three are worthless.

Daily Horoscope for May 18

Gemini

Try as you might, you won't be able to convince a certain person to see things from your point of view. This character is far too busy letting you know that they're an individual in their own right and they won't be tied down by you. The more you push, the more they'll rebel, so try not to incite further displays of outrageousness.
