Albertville Police Charge Man With Sexual Abuse Of Child

This is the kind of person, if guilty, that makes me appreciate the death penalty. He will probably get less time than a thief.

This kind of person needs to be given the death penalty,so that he is not free to do anything else to another child and scar that child for a long time.And the worst type of death penalty id tooo good for a sick person like this. If it wasn't for their punishment I am sure that some of the childs family would have already punished him their way.

The SOB BETTER get a longer sentence than that! The ba***** should get just as he has done! Wonder how he would feel if a strong big built man done that to him. People like him does not deserve the breath God gives him...He best to be thanking God that I AM NOT HIS JUDGE AND JURY!!!!!!!
I WISH TO CHRIST I COULD BE THERE WHEN THE JUDGE SENTENCES HIS WICKED A**! I'm sure the penalty will not be what he deserves! The sentences are only for a short period of time, the child's pain and memory is forever! Why are the sentences so mild for this crime??? Should the crime not fit the judgment? Where is the justice? Who will watch over our children when the judicial system that "claims" to protect and have their benefit in the best of heart REFUSE??? His match the damage he/she has done to the child! Unfortunately, NOTHING can compare!

If they would start chemically castrating these offenders, I guarantee you it wouldn't take long for others to catch on. The judicial system is way too soft. The way things are now, the criminals have more rights than victims. I say when you mess up, you lose your rights. This guy will get little more than a slap on the wrist and will have to be registered as a sex offender from now on. This child will be eternally struggling with having his/her innocence taken from them by this sicko. It's just not fair.

our punishment for the ultimate crime, excluding murder, is waaay to lax. oh, a slap on the wrist and having to register as a sex offender.. not enough!!! these children will never be the same! these offenders have more rights/leeway than the poor traumitized victims... at his age i don't think there is any hope of 'reform'.... castration would bring justice and peace to everyone!

I am glad to see all of you have a input in this, and I do agree with all of you. I am the mother of the victim and she is coping extreamly well with what happen. He did not penatrate her just felt of her which is bad enough. I have always raised my children to let me know or an adult know if anyone touched them in their private areas. I am thankful to God that she paid attention on that lesson. Yes at first my reaction was to just blow his brains out and get it over with, my kids are worth my life. But I also seen a 9 year old little girl that was extreamly upset about what had happen to her and she was relying on her mommie for strength. So I had to handle this in a legal manner. She needed me more than she needed him dead and her mom in jail. Even though this happen a month ago and they are now arresting him, I am glad he is behind bars. My kids knows ma'ma can handle and deal with anything when it concerns them. We go by a honesty policey and keep nothing from each other. People I tell you there are sick people like Bobby Holloway in your area that has not been caught yet, please encourage your kids to tell you if someone has spoken to them in a wrong manner or touched them in a wrong manner. They do listen, mine did. My little precious angel is getting help with dealing with what happen to her professionally, through church, through me, through her step father, through her aunt, and school. And castration would be too good for him, I hope he gets the same treatment that he gave to my daughter and the other charges that has came up since he did this to my daughter. There are other children that has suffered this man's wrath also. Again thanks for your concerns and your support in this matter. God bless you all.

There are a lot of Parents that DO NOTHING & Blame there Young Child and/or Do Not Believe there Child. I THANK YOU "MOTHER of THE VICTIM" for Standing Up with LOVE for Your CHILD and for ALL THOSE Children that Had No ONE, You have Showed them there is still Hope for there Bad Man to Be Caught & Put away.

There are getting to be far too many articles like this one. If we would give them the death penalty or start cutting certain body parts off of these sickos for the childrens lives they have ruined, we may actually see a decline in this sort of behavior.
