Man arrested third time for stalking

I have known both Heather Taylor and Jason Burton for years now and I know that he is a really good guy. She on the other hand has always been crazy. She would fly off the handle if something didn't go her way. Years ago she said she would ruin his career and it looks like she is still trying pretty damn hard.

Jason Burton would never hurt a fly!! He comes from a very grounded family whom he respects and his love for the community. Heather has made false accusations on this man since the birth of their daughter and beforehand and has said time after time, she will and can ruin his career. Heather also had help with a new boyfriend in the force which told her how to do papaerwork and what words to say. Jason Burton is a fine Christian man who even took off from the police force to go overseas in Iraq for a year for his country. What else can be done to this man that Heather has done falsely. Love for a young daughter and custody matters are the only issues that were being played out in court and Jason Burton would have won hands down due to Heathers medical condition which needs more medical help than she'll seek. This is the truth and I believe this case SHOULD BE RE-OPENED

This is the worst, most abused law on the books. In Georgia, if you look at someone without their permission you've committed "stalking." If you are merely accused twice, it becomes a felony. It takes no effort to prosecute the innocent, is almost impossible to defend against, and it offers no protection to anyone.

Confrontation due to a phone call? This is what confrontation is? He called her on the phone and Admitted it as he has nothing to hide.

Crazy is an understatent when you are talking about Heather. she is PURE trouble

Any woman can make up something,get an order from a judge,and have a man arrested,espically when it comes to stalking.There needs to be a way to determine if the woman is telling the truth before the stalking order is issued

What is this world coming too. How can a woman of Heathers stature come before a decient man who loves his daughter deeply and goes forward with his life after they part (Heather & Mr Jason B) she can get back at him this way and to be believed by authorities due to law? Heather is wasting tax payers money and will only come to truth is he goes back to her, I don't see how as Jason isn't loose in the head as she is. Heather needs to be evaluated again as she has done in the past due to her mind upset. This ia bizarre to waste tax payers money on this case, put the money towards medical care for Heather as she does have mental difficulties...check her medical history it's there in black and white. I'm calling the Mayor, Govenor and need to be the Senator on this.

Heather is, always has been, and always will be strickly interested in getting what she wants no matter what the cost. I know several people that have had past relationships with this woman. None of them turned out good. She is a selfish user. She is not mentally stable and cannot be trusted. And yes, she has a past with the LAW herself. I dont know Jason, but given my knowledge of Heather, I would give him the edge on credibility. She is not to be trusted on any level.
